  Muy cómodo para viajes de trabajo o compras

  Muy buen departamento, completo, con cocina, lavarropas y todos los utensilios para su uso. Buena limpieza. El desayuno no muy variado pero correcto. En ese momento no funcionaba el gimnasio, pero aparentemente era por mantenimiento.

  Great location at very affordable prices

  Located at Tianhe shopping belt, great food and shopping are accessible within 3 minutes, subway station is just 5 minutes away. Coming here with my 2 friends, we enjoyed the spacious 3-BR unit very much, and the daily breakfast was really decent. I would say the stay has been a very good value for money.

  Eggs and Waffles

  As the manager honestly suggested, this property differs from a hotel in the aspects of the services being provided. It is worth highlighted that the decent eggs and the do-it-yourself waffles made an awesome breakfast, costs 48 CNY per head. Its fantastic CBD locale is enabling instant access to the best of the city. Putting the most exciting neighbourhood at your door. Moments from the Guangzhou Book Centre and the renowned UNIQLO Store, walking distance to TEEMALL. In summary, this property offers a brilliant combination of shipping precincts and breakfast.

  Good value for money - nice service apartment

  Good location in the city center, big rooms (service apartment style), very well cleaned daily though the rooms are a little bit old, good breakfast (fresh pancake), overall very good value for money. We will come back! We gave 4 stars because it included breakfast but only for one guest :( while the room was booked for 2 guests. In other word, we had to take our turn for breakfast hence have one every other day - weird concept!!!

  Good stay

  Springdale Service Apartments Guangzhou We spent two nights at Springdale while visiting relatives in Guangzhou. We had taken a bus from Shatin in Hong Kong where we live and were dropped off across a major road from Tee Mall. We were within walking distance to Springdale but did not know it. Taxi was 12 RMB or less tha US$2. A disadvantage of Springdale is that taxis cannot take you to the front door. Springdale in in the Tian He area. Tee Mall is the anchor of this area and has been around since the late 1990's. Tee Mall is about a 6-minute walk from Springdale.There is a Sheration across the street, a Marriott ten-minute walk away and there are several multi-story malls nearby. We were in Room 503. It is a studio. There is a king bed, comfortable. The room is entirely clean. There is a card table with two chairs for working and eating. There is a room safe, a tiny refrigerator, iron and iroing board, an umbrella and a full kitchen with a corkscrew and wine glasses. We used the electric water kettle extensively. The television is big and has CNN, Hong Kong TVB and BBC plus dozens of Chinese channels. There is a WiFI router in the room. There is also a washer in the balcony which we did not use. There is no clock in the room. There are some electrical outlets but not nearly enough. Water pressure is good but one evening there was no hot water. There is daily housekeeping service. While the staff at the front desk was unfailingly helpful, the housekeeping staff was not overly cooperative. Studio rooms get one breakfast per day so we use two tickets for our breakfast the second and last day Without tickets breakfasts are 60 RMB. The buffet is very extensive with mainly Chinese dishes. I especailly enjoyed smoked duck breast which I put on noodles. The breads leave something to be desired. The coffee machine also. I think one would get full but not enjoy this breakfast. While within a 12-minute walk you will find hundred of eateries, directly across an alley is Victoria Tower 101 with six stories of restaurants. Before you cross that alley is a 7-11 and a Family Mart. You cannot go hungry here. The metro station is about 400 meters away but you have to fight through thongs of people to walk straight. Here is my opinion: while Springdale has just about everything a traveller needs, the feeling is cold and not homey.
