  Need much improvements!

  Stayed for 2 nights...spacious room but the air conditioner was terrible,unable to set the temperature/problem with the remote device.Breakfast is provided but poorly served!only cakes available at 8.45am even though the breakfast is served until 9.30am.cleanliness need very much improvements as you can find ants in the bread!

  Running Business Without Heart ...

  Bed is the most important thing for traveller. Unfortunely, i get a bed with uncomplete mattress. Only 1 layer and is the bottom mattress, which is super hard and uncomfortable. Other than that, room is big and clean. Breakfast is simple but just nice

  Old but Good Enough

  I have a bad impression from previous review and most of my friends laughed at me once they informed I will visit them n staying here Reservation 4-smooth Room 4-Huge n clean Bedding2-run down, spring eat my back. pain in morning Toilet3-Huge but old fashion water heater spoiled but the frontdesk fixed it immediately. thanks Building4-own building with lift and windy scene Breakfast3.5-standard as great hotel but poor taste of nasi lemak n fried noodle the bread is awesome n plenty of kuih and cakes. great! cafe so spacious and stylish with open concept. love it Advantage: 100 meters from Bukit Mertajam Train station, mosque and 3 Malay foodstation/tomyam Free flow water dispenser in each room with ample coffea table & seatee Thick towel and soap bar, body shampoo, toothbrush awesome ample car park Disadvantage: Poor bedding(spring too old) Old fashion tiling n design Super thin wall, u can hear kids running, jumping while the mother yelling Phone not functioning to call frontdesk Poor sign/line in the room for handphone Note: Management need to pay attention the open window opposite lift to avoid fall or accident among child Recommended if you not fussy about style

  Bad Service

  Stayed 2 days at hotel. First impression bad. Front office staff was very slow at check in and not a smile being in the service line. Room was dusty. Toilet tissue was not replenished. The room was not cleaned the next day. When enquired they insisted that we have to inform if we want it cleaned. Paid Rm100 for 2 days deposit. Asked for iron and hair dryer and was told to pay a deposit of Rm50 for iron and Rm30 for hair dryer. Asked to speak to the manager but manager never called for the 2 days we were there. Overall very bad management and service. Will not recommend.

  Value for money

  Sri Indar is a value for money hotel. The air-conditioned rooms are clean and spacious and each room has it's own water purifier. The bathrooms are clean and supplied with basic toileteries. On top of these, breakfast if also provided. I have stayed there a few times and will go again
