  Nice place on the seafront but unprofessional staff

  The location on the seafront, the size and cleanliness of the room are the best this hotel can offer. But the staff seems quite unprofessional, although all of them don't speak english, they don't really care about your needs and know nothing about the surroundings or even the city.

  Most relaxing place I have ever been

  I found the ambiance, the staff and the accommodations over the top. I was looking for solitude and Stella Residence Club provided it. The food was delicious and I did not go away hungry. I plan on returning soon.

  View is good. But terrace alcohol list is scam

  I was spending 4 days in this hotel. Fitness center is very good. My suite big and with great balcony , it was going everythings great, they even game me 20 minutes of free massage. Just yesterday happened that I took aperitif up the terrace with my girlfriends and I paid 1 normal bottle of Moët 11.452 grivna (409) Even girls they were schocked. No words . Maybe Only one.   Scammers'paradise

  I was taken to this place by a lady who claimed to like me but found out later that she was just after making me spend money on her as I did in this establishment. Entry fee, 3 massages, a very bad lunch for the 2 of us .... over $400. Totally outrageous!!!! I had no other choice but to pay for it. Never saw that lady again as she had been a real scammer. Make sure you know well the person who is taking you there.

  The Most bad hotel I ever stayed in

  The Sauna & the indoor pool are good. Breakfast is not buffet as I paid for, the area around the hotel is scary to walk during the night. The Reception guy tried to blackmail me by paying 500 Grivna ( 20 US$) because there was half centimeter of dirty spot in the towel which I was using in the room. The hotel dosen't deserve more than 2 stars.
