  Muy céntrico y muy barato.

  Lo mejor es la ubicación para visitar la ciudad, que está llena de monumentos islámicos. Las habitaciones son pequeñas y, en la nuestra, el aire acondicionado goteaba. Las amenities son bastante cutres. Eso sí, como en todos los hoteles de Turquía, disponen de zapatillas y wi-fi gratuita, no como en España. El restaurante (única opción para tomar una cerveza en Sivas) no está mal, pero nos pilló el bayram y había bastantes platos de los que no disponían.

  An amazing experience staying at the Sultan Hotel

  We had a family & friends trip to Sivas and we chose to stay at the Sultan Otel! We had a great experience! The hotel is located in the heart of the city center and it is walking distance to everywhere. Rooms were so clean, comfortable, quiet and newly upgraded! They have a restaurant on the top floor with an amazing terrace with a city view! Their food was so delicious and they have various menu options. Their open buffet was a big hit!!! I cannot stop thinking about their food; five star restaurant quality! Hotel workers were so friendly and helpful during our stay and helped us a lot in planning our historical city tour! Even, the hotel owners were so nice and friendly. They made us feel right at home. Mr. Ahmet ( owners son) was extremely friendly with us and especially with our kids!!! Thank you so much Sultan hotel, we definitely want to go back for their hospitality and delicious food. I recommend to everyone to stay at this hotel.

  A very pleasant stay in a well positioned hotel with a helpful receptionist.

  We had an enjoyable and very good value stay at the Sultan Hotel in a comfortable room,marred only slightly by a rather grubby carpet. The breakfast was good with nice fresh rolls and pastries. Reception was particularly helpful, despite a lack of English and arranged for us to be personally escorted to the supermarket and the bus booking office. We were disappointed to discover that our planned trip by train to Divrigi was no longer possible, because there was now only a slow train there and back, making the intended day trip impossible. The bus would have also taken too long.

  Great hotel

  The locations street is a bit crowded, so it is a bit difficult parking your car. But.... ask the hotelspersonel and the parking problem is solved in a minute. Great!! The entrance of the hotel is friendly and has a rich feel to it. The lobby personel does their work quickly and good. The luggage is being carried to your room. Breakfast is more than enough and with great taste. The rooms are spacious enough, but for a couple with each their own luggage, the rooms are a little bit too small. Still, one can manage! The bathroom with shower is more than sufficient. The manager and his personel are great and friendly. In the immediate surroundings are many shops( clothing, gold, restaurants). The people of Sivas are friendly and helpfull. I recommend Sivas and this part of Turkey to be visited for they are a beautiful city and a breathtaking area.
