Ruined Holiday
My partner and myself stayed at the Fountoulis apartments in Georgioulis from the 16-23 Aug 16. On arrival at the airport your rep showed us what bus to get on and that was the last we saw of her. Not once did she visit us at the resort to see if we were ok. We did not even have a contact number and neither did the reception. at the apartments we had to pay four Euros for a safe, 5 Euros a day for Air Conditioning and 4 Euros for two hours WiFi. The room we had was not clean there was rubbish under the beds and behind cabinets. The fridge was not working and even though it was reported it was not fixed. There was only one set of towels throughout the week. The food was the same every day and people were allowed to smoke in the dining area which like the apartment was dirty. One evening the all inclusive which we paid for finished early. On a matter of safety there were no fire alarms or fire instructions in the apartment where people were obviously being allowed to smoke. To my mind it is quite obvious that no one from your company has been to look at these apartment. If they had you would not be offering them as a venue for holidays. I am disappointed that have paid for a holiday it turned out to be a nightmare. Having spoken to other people who stay at the same venue I am sure that this will not be the only email you receive. I feel strongly that you should offer some form of compensation for a ruined holiday.

SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN
Me and my partner came for a week for a nice relaxing break and when we got to our room the TV didn't work the bed sheets were dirty the beds were like sleeping on rock shower wasn't working properly and air con!!! and we asked for a new room so OK they gave us an so called upgraded room which still the air con wasn't working and the shower didn't have a shower curtain around it and was still dirty, but the beds were at least ok to sleep on, the pool and all inclusive food was terrible around the pool there was animals over the fence / wall which stank and the drains smelled also which really made my partner unhappy so yet again we both went to reception to see if we could see the MANAGER ELENA !!! who never even came and spoke to us and just told her staff to try and calm us down didn't offer us anything and wouldnt speak to us what a terrible manager she was!! stubborn and no help at all we tried to complain with trip adviser or teletext and even sent pictures off how bad the place was but got nothing back .... PLEASE DONT BOOK AT THIS PLACE AS IT RUINED OUR WEEK.. NEARLY 10-15 COMPLAINTS A DAY BY OTHER PEOPLE STOPPING THERE ASWEL
