  If you moan about the food - you must do fine dining at home

  We were 4 females on holiday 2 sisters with 2 daughters.We arrived late evening and initial thoughts were oops. This soon turned out to be not the case (I think in darkness everything seems worse) The staff and management could not do enough for us, and bent over backwards to cater for everything we needed. The rooms were cleaned daily. The Pool was cleaned every night. The food catered for every taste including my daughter who is vegetarian. If you moan about the food, I have to ask what on earth do you eat at home??? At 5pm we had coffee and cake by the pool. The drinks were limited vodka and gin with mixers which was not a big deal as we are not drinkers. The beach is a 2 minute walk away. The bus stops right outside the door to take you to Bodrum & Gumbet. We felt very safe there, as they do not let people in the hotel who are not guests, which was reassuring as we were when the awful shooting took place in Tunisia. There were not many English people there, mainly Dutch, Turkish which suited me. There is free wifi at reception.The staff were absolutely amazing and very respectful, nothing was too much trouble, but like anywhere it does depend how you speak to people. If you want 5 star you really need to book and pay 5 star prices. Would I return - yes

  Fantastic holiday

  We arrived quite late, but the next day everything looked so much better! Staff met our every request, even changed the bed! Nothing was too much trouble... The pool was cleaned daily I witnessed it every morning, the food was of a high standard, lots of salads, meat dishes, we enjoyed chatting to the waiters and bar staff lovely people,! The alcoholic drinks are limited but not being a drinker we wernt bothered by this, plenty of soft drinks, coffee machine etc! Free wifi in the reception area where we chatted with lots of friendly people! Our rooms were cleaned daily and sheets/towels changed. The hotel is easily accessible to the beach a few minutes walk, plus the local bus stops outside every 7 minutes to bodrum there is also a supermarket on site cheap prices, they even opened up for us one night! All in all a brill week, we were also an all female group and felt safe at all times, late check out was very cheap and the manager told us to keep it until we needed to leave! Really decent people! It's not all luxury but neither are the prices, we got a bargain week away had lots of fun, and made lots of memories, thankyou all At summer sun!

  too bad to stay

  The rooms were dirty. Poor management. The hotel manager was so rude. Towels are stained, staff is incabaple. Hotel and the rooms are so old. Some people were complainig about the food. We haven't stayed when we saw the rooms. It was a dissappointment for us.

  Terrible

  The worst hotel i have ever stayed in. the room was so dirty and full of damp. It was disgusting. The split of our room was repaired during our stays. Toilets & bathroom realy unusable. The room wasn't cleaned at all. All inclusive was a joke but , food & drinks were edible. This is no star hotel. I never ever recommend this hotel to anyone. above photo is the real of this hotel.

  Terrible hotel

  Just don't go there the most terrible hotel stayed in rubbish everywhere food was terrible no hot water been going to bodrum for 15 yrs worst hotel been was no way all inclusive eating most nights outside the complex.
