  Save your pennies!!

  On arrival we got informed that if wanted to upgrade our room for a sea view that would be an extra 40 euros! we arrived at 3am and paid for this and then questioned whether we actually had been allocated this room anyway and the receptionist was pocketing an easy 40 euros!.. who knows!! the food and dining room was rancid. The furniture had seen better days with ripped chair covers and even the table centrepieces were filthy and covered in food. The food was bland, cold and inedible. We went out everyday to the town and ate which cost us a lot more than we factored in as we paid for all inclusive. The alcoholic drinks were nasty and served in the smallest plastic cups Ive ever seen. They state they have four bars but what they actually have is a three sided bar. The beach bar was absolutely filthy so we gave that a miss. The beach was awful, full of dog mess and you could only swim in the little cut out in the rocks. We had to buy swimming shoes to wear in the water to stop our feet getting cut to ribbons. Honestly save your money and go elsewhere. Weve been to turkey numerous times and this hotel really lets it down it is the worst we have ever had the misfortune to stay in.

  Relaxing place

  This are is really beautiful, the people are friendly, a bit quieter,than Alanya a short bus ride away. Some lovely restaurants nearby, not too busy .the sea to the front and mountains to the back. Some lovely newly developed areas.

  A good hotel

  We have just come back from this hotel and I can honestly say that it was amazing! There are some pros and cons of this hotel. Lets have a look. + amazing rooms (large and beautiful, with wonderful view) + everyday cleaning + hospitable staff + clean sea + mane sun beds on the beach + incredible animation team (special thank to Nuri, Elena and Dasha. We love you guys, you are real professionals, thanks to you our journey was unforgettable!) + beautiful lobby - monotone menu (we have never been hungry there, but still we were fed up with same chicken, fish and rice) - bad entrance to the sea - swimming pool is closed at 6 p.m. (too early) All in all we enjoyed our vacation a lot! We have been in many hotels and cities and Turkey and I can say that this one is really good for its price.

  Very Good

  Very good time at the resort. We arrived at 2am, staff still around to take our bags after our long transfer. We were offered a room upgrade on arrival, very cheap. Staff accommodating to us. Room clean and tidy. Only negatives about to room are the sheets werent very soft, and a few stains on the sheets but nothing drastic. Beach is very close, bar down at the beach which serves only soft drinks but that is understandable. Plenty of sun beds available on the beach. The man who was serving the bar was pleasant and chatty. Meal times were a rush, but staff only allowed a small amount of guests in at once to stop people pushing which was good. There was a large selection of food, different meats on offer. We preferred lunch and dinner as this was more to our liking. Stews and different meat dishes on offer with sides like rice and mashed potatoes, fries etc. Theres a lot of vegetables on offer, not so much fruit but enough to go around. We never went hungry we enjoyed everything, we helped ourselves to a couple of plates each, never a problem. There was always seating available in the dining room for us. The only real issue that we had was that there werent many snacks on offer. At 4pm they bring out cookies for everyone (which btw are delicious!) but other than there we had to pay for our snacks at the shop in the lobby. And there werent many alcoholic drinks available. Cocktails were made only from vodka or gin which I. didnt enjoy. Maybe upgrade the drinks menu Staff were amazing Bar staff very lovely, chatty and polite. Cleaning staff always did a wonderful job, cleaned everything and folded linen neatly. Reception staff were accommodating, my boyfriend needed some painkillers and although they didnt have any, the directed us to the nearest pharmacy. Kitchen staff always polite to myself and my partner, good energy. There a shop in the lobby where we bought souvenirs from, also snacks and a pool float, he was very kind and pumped it up for us. The animation team were amazing! The animation team lead all of the activities during the day and the evening. Lena, Daria and especially Nuri were great. Lena and Daria led the darts, Lena did Zumba which was great, I personally took part in this. And also Daria led water Zumba which was great, fun and tiring! Me and my boyfriend both took part in this and we throughly enjoyed it. Nuri led water handball in the pool several times a day, involving everyone and encouraging people to mingle and make friends. We didnt play this as we had bad sunburn and it hurt to lift our arms, he understood this. Nuri also did a dance every few hours involving everyone, it was very fun. Me and my boyfriend are English and we were the only English people in the hotel and they, especially Nuri, made us feel very welcome. Not only coming over and chatting to us, but when they were giving instructions for activities, speaking in English for us so we would understand. Nuri called us England which we enjoyed, it felt very personal as he engaged with us and made us feel welcome. Nuri also hosts the evening entertainment with great enthusiasm. One night he asked everyone where they were from and made a great deal about us being from England and made space for us to sit as we were standing. There are different types of entertainment during the evening, one night there was karaoke, another night there was salsa dancing. Theres also a great amount of entertainment for children, singing and dancing and Cartoons for the children before the adult entertainment. The DJ, although we didnt catch his name, was also very very kind. We were struggling to understand one of the dancers and he came over and kindly explained and translated for us. Whenever he saw us he was smiling and asked us how we were. We were also waiting to enter the dining room and he opened the door and said hello England how are you come in come in very kind and great attitude. All staff always smiling, making us feel welcome Very worth the visit

  Great vacation :)

  Great time at the hotel. Rooms are clean, with wonderful view. Pool is big and fulled with clean water. Food is tasty and various. Beach is very close to hotel with clean and warm sea. Also there is a nice SPA where you can relax for an additional fee. The animation team is amazing! Dasha and Lena are great. Nuri, you are simply the best :) Animators always have a funny entertainment and various types of activity for every day and evening. Thanks to all hotel team for great vacation!
