  Average place

  I have stayed in this hotel a few times. The hotel certainly enjoys good location, but otherwise it is mostly a below average hotel. Toilet was in bad shape, AC was a bit noisy.. Food was ok. Staff though was efficient and polite.

  Good resturant with mix type staff and rooms are very average

  Stayed for 5 days and had food in their restaurant athiti at dinner Restaurant: Good part of restaurant, taste and presentation is good.. must try Italian.. Free breakfast is not great but decent I personally gel up with staff members like Mr Das who pull chair for you and recommend the dishes that tastes yum But the restaurant manager (one with mushtaches) ..is so rude (don't even take order or serve vinegar with Chinese.. even on request) and behave really wired i.e. if you don't order alcohols etc Rooms: House keeping is good but Rooms are old and average , most of the place there is seepage or cracks like in tub /basin/ roof but thanks to housekeeping that they keep them clean so there is no smell as such

  Pretty decent hotel... could be better

  I was booked into this hotel by the people organising the meeting in Navi Mumbai. Pretty average hotel that seems to cater to a lot of corporate clients. The rooms were very small I would expect a little bigger room for the price they were charging. The buffet breakfast was very small and limited. It had the basics so I guess it was Ok and not thing to rave about. The front desk was not keen on having more business. I wanted to extend the stay but the guy at the front desk was not keen on offering me rates. He just pointed me to the rack with the price card. So I just booked online in a different hotel. Their loss not mine. The plus is their fitness center that is open 24 hours and so one is free to workout when convenient. It is pretty well stocked as well.

  Average place for staying

  Rooms are average at this price range but are near and clean. Bathroom was better than the room. Small size TV installed. Electric kettle was smelling. Can't make hot water. Poor quality toiletries are provided at bathroom. Central AC. Only one bottle mineral water and complimentary. Breakfast also complimentary but very minimal types of food available and that also repeating everyday.

  Leaking roof (ducts) in room, pathetic service, rude restaurant staff

  Written Feedback to hotel real not values anything. For corporate customer, rooms are provided that are not at all par with one booked by individuals and same is the case of service, Nothing changed even after complaining to management during the stay. As an example, if you order paratha in any dhaba the serve that with pickle or curd but in this hotel they just left the paratha pieces in serving basket that without plate in your room , also nothing pickle or curd.. If you done in restaurant and you don't order liquor staff will not get hand bowl and mouth freshener with bill.. Not sure how the corporates select these hotels in list.. I recommend people to either dinein in restaurant next to this hotel or if you can walk little please try Amar or food studio restaurant
