  No as good on the pictures

  Big hotel with very poor maintenance. The remote tv in the room I stayed didnt work, I called the staff to check it, twice and noone showed up to fix it since I checked in and I checked out, I stayed 2 nights. The room didnt smell fresh, and all the pillow covers look very old.

  Not 4 but 2-star due to poor maintenance

  We stayed for 3 nights and switched rooms once. Both rooms were very spacious but lack of maintenance and poor cleaning is a serious letdown. AC was blowing warm air in both rooms. Bathroom sink and toilet flush leaked in both rooms. Mold on walls and ceiling. Floors were dirty, both in the room and in the restaurant/breakfast area. TV remote in second room did not work, nor did the telephone (telephone was repaired upon request). Small fridge in first room leaked. Im not mentioning minor details. We got the impression that this was a nice hotel, but the management seemed to have stopped investing in this place and the maintenance and cleaning is seriously suffering. Another disappointment was the kitchen. The menu offered a large choice but it turned out that only a handful of items were available. Beer was served warm with a bowl of ice cubes. The plates were dirty. So we cannot recommend this place based on our experience. If the management changes or takes matters more seriously, the hotel has good potential because the facilities are available.

  The Best Hotel In North Minahasa

  I stayed here for a stopover on the way to Bunaken room 333 Deluxe room overlooking the swimming pool. The service was fantastic, couldnt help us enough. Good value for a quality hotel. Highly recommend if you are staying in the area, rooms are spacious, clean and the bed are comfy. Front desk are very welcome even I could remember the name Lia, Thank you for taking care of me. Absolutely back in the very near future.

  Wish be better!

  First time here, we do hope we may get best experience during our stay ! But... The reception not give the fully information she doesn't even explaint about which side we have to go to find the room, not explain about the breakfast, wify, and the line that we'll ring when we need help. We have to ask for everything. We don't get the first impression at the 4 star hotel. We ask for the pool but they don't open for that day, and at the next day reception said pool was close! Poorly information to make my cousin crying Breakfast was tasteless! One of the waiter at restaurant he's very welcome. Room is so big, good for family but not in cleanliness, escpecially in bed a lot of spots in linen and blanket, and for the toilet bowl it's so dirty Please don't bring your service down.

  Not so great....

  Driving up, the outside of the hotel looks nice. It's large and pretty impressive. The lobby is nice, as well. But, my room was not nice.....a/c was weak, towels were old, bed was decent, TV had almost no channels, and the WIFI was weak. I would've left, if I hadn't prepaid for the room. Made it through the night and went to breakfast. Found out that I only qualified for the "express" breakfast, which was a really skimpy Indonesian breakfast. Honestly, it would have been better for me if they just didn't offer that breakfast option....just irritated me and confirmed that I'll never choose to stay here again. Just decided to pass and go to Starbucks at the airport. Trust me, find somewhere else to stay in Manado.
