  Not 4 star hotel. Needs RE evaluation

  Run down rooms and cleaning is less than desirable. Foxtel they promote is the cheapest package so your better watching normal TV. Wifi is slow as. Ive never seen so many charges and demands on posters around the hotel, not inviting. Rooms are very small also. Hotel is in a good position in Broadbeach but thats the only good thing. Management can also be more friendly as they lack customer service skills. Care factor ZERO

  Wonderful stay

  We had a wonderful stay here. The apartments are super spacious and fully equipped for a self contained holiday experience. The spa bath in the pool area was so good we used it everyday! Location is brilliant for all the bars and restaurants on nearby surf parade and also for the tram if you want to head into Surfers Paradise. Only gripe was one lady at the desk was a bit rude/stand-offish. The gentleman that works on the desk at the back is lovely and couldnt have been more helpful (they need to swap seats!) apart from that it was awesome and we will definitely be back.   Great location, Ocean view, Big rooms

  Stayed on 15th floor - one bedroom apartment - huge( was really the 3 bedroom size which they shut the other 2 bedrooms off ) - open living kitchen area, with a lovely balcony sitting area which was the main reason for choosing this hotel - due to the beautiful lookout over the ocean/broadbeach. Clean big bathroom, storage plenty, big mirrors for those who want to go out , you can see the ocean while you direct from bedroom. Only downside pool is typical 'concrete' style apartment - not resort feel - but only 5 mins walk to everything on doorstep,Also had damp clothing left inside the dryer from previous guests - which was not appreciated . Staff lovely however - and very good value for what you have . Note we stayed for 6 stays and housekeeping was not included .I believe you must stay longer - so if this is important to you - take note .

  Great hotel excellent location

  We stayed at this hotel 5 times or more and always Rachel & all staff are doing great job very professional and the hotel is very clean in the right location very good facilities , close to the beach, restaurant & coffee shop , Pacific Fair shopping centre. Thank you so much for all the time you accomodate us , for us is a pleasure to come back.

  Great position and big apartments

  We had a great stay here. We had a 2 bedroom apartment on the 15th floor with ocean views. We didnt want to come home, we were so close to everything, great restaurants and 5 minute walk to casino. The apartment was really spacious and fully equipped with all your needs. Only think I could fault was the beds were a bit firm . Kylie and the rest of the Staff were very helpful and nothing was to much hassle. The lifts were all good, I think when it has busy times you have to wait but we didnt have any trouble. We would definitely stay there again
