  Muy agradable

  Estamos fascinados con la atension recibida, pasamos unos día muy a gusto el personal es muy amable el desayuno no me convencía del todo asi q mi esposo pregunto si me podrían preparar algo especial llamado palachinta y muy amable me prepararon al momento todo sin un costo extra

  old hotel with old furniture

  Old hotel with old furniture. Location is good, parking with payment. Poor wi-fi, few things are missing, like slippers, coffee machine or instant coffee in the room. For breakfast you have to go out in the courtyard and after enter in the breakfast room. Breakfast not spectacular, better said poor breakfast. Light in the room is very bad, all the lights on and you can see almost nothing. The mattress of the bed was horrible,right side was hard and left side was soft and with holes.

  ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!

  This hotel is absolutely not worth of having 4 stars. The heating system dont work so every night was terribly cold. The rooms were very dirty and the cleaning was very very bad everyday we have to ask ourself if they could please clean our room and change the towels. And then still they did a terribly job at this. The shower head leaked and if you wanted to take a shower you had to put on the shower 30 minutes in advance because it took so long before u have warm water. They have a parking garage but its charging 7 euro each day. The staff was very unfriendly, unprofessional and not helpful at all. Asking to speak to the manager and this was not possible because the manager dont speak english.. Overall stay very very disappointing and I will not come back here and I would advice everyone who is thinking off staying here to look for another hotel.

  Never ever go there

  Szeged is a nice city, anyone should visit it once. But shouldn't stay in this hotel! Old furniture. rude stuff, dirty bathrooms. Much overpriced, maybe a 2 stars hotel at the price of a 4 stars one. It has got a central location, a great location to discover the city. However I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone, not even for one night.

  Great hotel

  Wonderful hotel, with great staff, food & spa. Rooms are big and clean. They have good parking garage. Location is great, they are in the very center of Szeged, across the Synagogue. Stayed there for 3 days with my family and had a really great time.
