  Valentine Weekend

  I love the ambiance of the hotel. If youve never had a chance to stay here I highly recommend it. Get breakfast here and/or try out the SkyBar for pizza and drinks. This was our first time to stay in Michaels Room. This room is known for having activity from Michael, a ghost. Unfortunately, or should I say, fortunately, we did not have a visit from Michael. It should be known that other guests(?) like to pull/knock on the door at all hours of the night. (Or was it Michael?! ) I guess its a risk to take to have a chance meeting with the ghost.

  Romantic engagement getaway.

  I visited the Crescent Hotel with the intention of getting engaged to my current girlfriend. Eureka Springs was the first vacation spot for us and is very special to us as well. Since I play hockey I was wanting to get engaged on the Ice Rink at the Crescent. When I asked what time the rink was open so I could mentally plan I let the girl at the front desk know my intentions of proposing. She told me to let them know and they would send out someone to take photos/videos for us. When we had finished skating and after she had said yes the workers at the front told us they were sending a complimentary bottle of champagne to the room. This was super nice of them to do and unexpected and made us feel super special. The room was amazing!!!! We love the view overlooking the mountains. Me and my fiancé always look forward to the breakfast at the hotel. Everything from the bell boys up front, front desk staff to sky bar workers were so kind and helpful to us.

  Ghost Tour

  The Crescent Hotel is a very unique place! Known as the most haunted hotel, my son had been asking to stay forever! Each with a friend in tow, we arrived for our stay. We were greeted by friendly staff at every turn! Our family travels a lot, and I honestly can say that I've never stayed anywhere where the staff was more outgoing, and personable! The "residents" of the hotel welcomed us with shenanigans from the start! We reserved Michael's Room, and he didn't want me to unlock the door. After several attempts, my friend tried, and was able to unlock the door on the first try! The ghost tour was very informative, and I highly recommend it! It's the only way you get to tour the morgue! Whether you are a believer in the paranormal, or not, I guarantee that you will definitely experience things you don't expect!

  Too much fun!

  Everyone at the hotel went above and beyond. They made sure our group as well as all of the others feel welcome and special! This was a birthday surprise for a friend, she said it was the trip of a lifetime! Thank you all for your kindness.

  Fun and Spooky!

  My daughter and I took a road trip here. We enjoyed every minute. Take the ghost tour. It's a little pricey, but it's worth it. Dining is pricey also, but again, it's worth it. The shuttle to historic downtown was very useful. And we loved the shops. We were wore out before we covered half of it. It's a must do though. We experienced small activity in our room between 3-4am, but we just blamed it on the old walls and floors. Although we could have sworn someone sat at the foot of our bed while we were in it, because the bed moved, but neither of us did. Who knows. Regardless, it was a fun experience. Be warned: This hotel is for the atmosphere, not the amenities. Finding a place to plug your phone in is a pain. And the lighting is poor. Other than that, I cannot think of anything to complain about. Staff was great too. You'll enjoy this place, if old haunted places is your thing!
