  Worst experience ever there is no wifi, the worst location away from everything in Accra. This Motel is in a back ally with no roads your Uber driver is defiantly going to get lost , hard bed, no towels, worst lighting in the rooms dark and dim.

  Nice Quiet Relaxing and Friendly Place

  This hotel was very nice, I traveled here from the USA to visit a close friend. The hotel driver Kweku picked me up at the airport late at night, despite my flight being delayed. He was very friendly. There is a staff member positioned at the front gate to ensure your safety and that no unwanted vehicles enter. The girls at the front desk were very welcoming and checked on me several times throughout my stay to make sure I was happy with my room. I got the junior suite which was simple but nice. The pool and outdoor bar area are beautiful and relaxing. The food from the restaurant was very good and the cook was very friendly. The staff even did my laundry for me which I thought was great. The hotel manager Eric was very nice, he even took me and my friend around to tourist sites that were hours away from the hotel. Everyone here really wanted to make sure I had a positive experience. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

  I was so disappointed

  I was really dissatisfied with this hotel. It was my first time in Ghana last year November and we had bookings at Aknac hotel. First thing first the hotel was isolated, far away from everything no shops around, no restaurant around , they lied us that Accra mall was near but we had to order an Uber for it, ubers always getting lost cause of how isolated the hotel is. Now about my room experience, I must say I had the worst experience there. No change of towels , bedsheets or even cleaning the room, no room service , actually u have to pay 5cedis for room service. Apart from having nice fries they have the worst food, basic breakfast that take long arrive (tea, bread and eggs). I was sleeping in the outside cottages and honestly I was always worried about the security cause of the back door that was always open with no one there. Oh the other thing there was no wifi or just poor WIFI. The bar had no drinks, the swimming pool was ever closed , the fountain just the entrance looks so abandoned and no one takes care of it. Well guys don't be decieved by the pics , it has very poor services but the girl and boy at the reception tried to be friendly and the chef tried to help me out on food choices since I didn't like pepe foods. Oh plus the evening pianist gave me time time to sing along with his evening piano instrumentals.

  Slow service at times but loved my stay

  Me and my partner stayed for 2 weeks in December and overall really enjoyed our experience. The hotel had an event on with a lot of guests staying from overseas but the staff did their best to make sure it did not disrupt our stay. I would say service was slow at times but this was only at the busy times in the restaurant, otherwise the food was great. Loved our room and they always provided us a driver or got us a taxi which made it easy to get around the city. Will probably stay again when we return to Ghana.

  Not inviting

  Went there just for a drink after a long while , we used to go there frequently when the place was runned by a woman called Norma but she left.The place is outside and inside very dark. It took a while before i found somebody to serve me a drink. And although every gas station in the area is selling ice cubes The Aknac didn't have any. The place was very hot because only one aircon was working behind the bar and didn't produce enough cold air. In all i would say a hotel that has known maybe better times but now on the way back. Definitely not a cosy place anymore to have a drink or a snack.
