  Quiet area, but could be cleaner

  Service was good - staff was friendly and helpful. We had breakfast on one occasion - portion was small (compared to other restaurants in Canggu) but still overall very affordable. Food took time to be served so I would recommend ordering in advance, or to your villa. Well, overall I must say that the cleanliness of this place was not the best. Our duvet had what looked like a food stain on it from the start. We knew that the duvet was never changed during room service as the same stain was still there for all 5 days. The toilet floor and pool floor had many black/grey stains that could not be wiped off so I guess the tiling just needed a massive upgrading. The good thing is we were not affected by too many mosquitoes which was what we were afraid of. Location is far from the beach and main restaurants and activities in Canggu but I guess that makes it probably a quieter area than others. It was a hassle having to get transport (Grab/taxi) each time, but it wouldn't be an issue if you're renting a bike/car or have a personal driver. We don't think we would stay here again given the cleanliness issue. We were attracted by the pool villa, but I think it can be easily given up for a cleaner hotel in a better location.

  Good stay, but

  We enjoyed our stay, the rooms were nice and air conditioning cold. We enjoyed the private pool. The place was quite a walk from the beach and the roads very busy, we are used to staying at the other end of Canggu so didn't realise, you really need a bike if you are staying here. Luckily you can easily rent from them or up the road. But there are still a few restaurants within walking distance if needed. While we were staying the restaurant was closed so we had breakfast delivered to our room, only thing was there was no table so we sort of had to manage on the bed or on the short outside table. This was ok for us, but i can imagine other people may get frustrated by this.

  Awful!! Disgusting!!... Ewww!!

  First of all we arrived at the hotel by check in time at 14.00 and the room wasnt finish yet.. Even though we just waited 5 minutes extra it doesnt matter its supposed to be finish. But anyway. The girl at the reception was supernice to us that i think was the ONLY good about this hotel! We booked for 3 nights but wanted to leave the place on the first night. For a lot of reasons! The place was not clean at all and you will see it on my photos so please click the photos and see for yourself. My girlfriend saw 2 used condoms on the trash can that was inside the room beside the bed it was so disgusting! And then the trash can in the bathroom had papers with blood on it. And we thought.. Fine its done now! But NO!!! On the top shelf of the wardrobe was a black BRA that did not belong to us!! So from that.. We just went to the reception and told them everything... And first of all i dont like to complain.. But this was the worst that ever happened to us on a hotel so i was just mad. Told them everything before we went to the beach and they were very shock about it and really apologized. So we came back to the hotel after 5 hours on the beach and they "upgraded" us from a 1 BR to a 3BR...but it just went worst... The room was so dirty and... No comments really. And the 3BR upgrade... Was still 1BR because they locked the other rooms. But i would say that just after 5 seconds we wanted to leave.. My girlfriend was stopping me so we just stayed for 1 night and left the hotel! So please guys NEVER book this hotel!!

  Pictures can be deceiving, dated villa but wonderful staff

  When we first checked into the 3 bedroom villa we were shocked at the condition of the villa which was not like the pictures we saw online. It was run-down, dated, dark and not worth the money we paid. More like a cheap homestay. We felt cheated and would considered leaving if we had not paid so much. However we would like to commend the accomodating staff there, especially Ms. Yeni who patiently listened to our request and helped us to change to another better looking 3 bedroom villa which was not perfect but it was much more alike to the pictures online, cleaner and newer. The hot water wasnt working but the staff got it fixed by the next day. We had a nice stay, but it got abit noisy because of the construction going on. Pool also became dirty and dusty because of the construction works and we could not swim. Breakfast was decent. Overall the villa really needs refurbishment, especially the front, old 3 bedroom villa which will surely scare guests away. We would have given a much worse rating if not for the polite, friendly and wonderful staff who made up for the sad, dated, disappointing condition of the first 3 bedroom villa and its facilities.

  Affordable villa in Canggu

  Im surprise with the rate i had, it was a great deal. And the villa has everything you need. Comfy bed, fluffy pillows, big bathtub, nice shower, and convenient private pool. I dont know what to ask more! I was so happy, because it has everything i need to make an instagram content. And to add some more happiness, the rate includes breakfast. The staffs were very helpful.
