  Good for price

  Hi the staff are brilliant only a cupple of problems beds are ok for a few nights room is big enough for 2 people room is stuffy could do with fan or air conditioning room is spotless clean tidy no dirty sheets bathroom clean and tidy overall good hotel for the money would stay here again

  Unprofessional

  Booked for the current day as it was past midnight however they said that we had made a mistake and should have selected the previous night, which makes sense and is our error. I had already arrived at the hotel so I rang the doorbell several times but nobody answered. I rang their phone number and a gentleman answered the phone and although not super helpful, he was polite. He said they were fully booked and I asked whether they could process a refund directly to me. He agreed and said he would process me a full refund. However once I got home and contacted the hotel they said they would not give me a refund as I had to do it through the third party website, which in this case does not offer a refund. Very misleading but at least he answered the phone - 2 stars.

  Famliy room

  Me an my two young children stays hear for 3 nights. I cannont fault the place. Very clean .as a cleaner myself u notice more an i couldnt find any fault the cleaner is amazing .room bins were emptied everyday fresh beding bathroom was spot on.also the cleaner dosnt touch any of ur belongings works around them. .my son loved the shower as it had an blue green an red light on the shower head .also kept my pram safe every night so it wasnt stuck in my room .staff are amazing.once i left the hotel an got home i realised i left my coat there .which wasnt a cheap coat thought would of been gone.i rang the hotel my coat was there. The manager kindly offerd to send it to me or keep it till i could pick it up.which he did

  Not a bad place

  We came for a weekend away for the illuminations and stayed at the feathers we stayed one night and had to leave the walls are paper thin you literally can hear EVERYTHING, the rooms are small and beds uncomfy, The welcome was lovely we was given the keys and shown where to park the car, my honest opinion If you are literally using the hotel for sleeping only like getting in after 10pm and leaving at 8am it's perfect for you

  not what it seems

  not very disabled friendly and could not get whhelchair in room could not use the shower as on support rails as only having one leg need theese to help keep my balance. walls very thin and can hear every noise definatly won't return here
