  Awesome Hotel - Interesting Place

  It was nice time we had enjoyed, great amenities of the hotel made our stay very excellent, surrounding was great interesting services of the hotel staff and management made us very comfortable, hotel location was very convenient for us because it was easy to get transportation and visit to the selected places. Hotel room which provided to us very nice full with all facilities which we really expected in it. They provided us all services in room, ground staff of the hotel was good. Enjoyed good time

  Wonderful staffs and food was amazing

  Hi everyone its madhav from Nepal I was there last month with my friend for 5 days in this hotel. You can find something nice there with all the staff. They are really helpful and very kind. I miss the food from there specially the fish was amazing. Highly recommended for people who looking for good hospitality,great service and delicious food. Hope to see you again soon

  Stay

  It was a awsm trip with family,Staff is really very nice and friendly Specially Front Office and Housekeeping. All the time they have smile on their face which gives positive vibes. Thankyou Entire Team

  Pathetic and purely unmanaged

  I have just checked in the hotel with a heavy heart , it is their new property in calangute , i paid advance for next day booking and it was been offered to other guest today just because he paid high tariff purely unethical practice , no reservations documented with room no.s , , the room provided now is without keys , we have checked in and bound to remain inside until we receive keys. Pathetic service and untrained staff , very casual attitude with no formal and hotelier attire. The GM Ms. Monica is just trying to convince for their act and that too no apologetic attitude and curtousy for such a huge bad behaviour and loose hospitality ethics. Nishant Khandelwal.

  Worst experience ever

  First day they made us wait for 1hr saying rooms are not ready, landline/doorbell doesn't work. Staff has so much attitude, dinner is not available by 10pm. Room service isn't available.no hot water for bath. But payment is taken in full while check in only. Breakfast is pathetic-dry poha . When complained the staff is laughing and giggling. expensive with worst experience ever
