  Decent but in need of update

  Nice hotel but make sure you get the right room. Rooms are spacious but kind of outdated. Especially bathroom is beneath 4 star standard. Rooms are noisy. Make sure you dont get a room at the front of the hotel or you want sleep because of the traffic noise!!! Fortunately staff was helpful in finding another room. All in all fine hotel but might be updated to modern standards

  Memorable Place to Stay

  It was family holiday trip for two nights, we got room near the swimming pool. The room was an old fashion traditional style, with netting around the bed, wood furniture and a bathtub. It was fun experience for the family, kids were playing in swimming pool, and the next day we traveled to Lembang from Dago Atas road, we haven't try that before that day. Breakfast was nice, but because of the peak holiday, there was a long queue at omelette stall, this was problem back then, since there were few guests didn't know nor choose not to know the term first come first serve. In the future hope this won't happen again. Overall stay was nice, and looking forward for next opportunity to visit this hotel again.

  Spacious but outdated.

  This is a matured hotel which in need of refurbishment. Room is spacious. Lobby is huge with fresh cool air, visually connected to other function like restaurant and pool area. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Suggestion: renovate and update hotel's overall elements to make a stay memorable.

  Not up to standard.

  I went to stay with my family for one night during the weekend. The check-in process took us more than two hours from start until we got our room key because our room wasn't ready yet even though it was check-in hour. There was only two personnel in the front office, all of whom were most definitely not equipped to deal with the influx of guests coming in. It may be useful to add additional staff on duty during weekends or long holidays, especially the front office and housekeeping service since those two will handle most of the interaction with guests. The room was dusty, there was a problem with the TV, the WiFi was extremely slow it made me felt like there wasn't any WiFi at all, and the air conditioner seemed older than the hotel. Room-wise, I'm sure the hotel can do better than this. Breakfast was fine, a decent variety of food choices but all of them lack in taste. For a four-star hotel, I expect more. In today's competition, you can't rely on staff hospitality alone. If improvements can't be done in the future, it might be better to remove one star off the hotel, so guests won't feel robbed during their stay.

  Poor

  Where do I start. Asked for extra towels were told it's 30k idr extra. That was a first never heard of that before. First night we had dinner the food and cooking was of a very low standard . Nasi goring meat was tough and cremated. Rice was clumps , salad didn't appear fresh. The pasta dish pasta was all stuck together and inedible I showed the staff who just didn't know what to say so smiled. Next night we used go jek and food delivered in. Breakfast spread was large and plenty of food but of average quality. There were 2 girls on egg station who disappeared for ten mins while I was waiting and it was quiet. The following morning the guy in egg station forgot I had ordered it was also not busy. My favorite part was waiting for coffee machine behind 2 hotel staff who were getting themselves a coffee that's also a first. Generally the staff stand around talking or walk about aimlessly which is a management guidance , training and discipline problem. There were lots of other minor issues like balcony flooding, no toilet paper etc. The place needs renovation . It's a nice large property and the staff are friendly but I would never stay there again
