  The Old Inn, Hawkchurch

  Visited the beautiful Old Inn last night, for a family meal, whilst on our holiday in Lyme Regis. We had a wonderful evening, the land lord is so friendly, and cant do enough for you. The staff were also friendly and helpful. The food was absolutely delicious, the nicest meal out I've had in a long time. Plus, they are also very dog friendly which is a bonus for me. Definitely recommend if you are visiting Lyme Regis area.

  Lovely friendly pub with excellent accommodation

  We stayed for two nights as part of a Hampshire and Dorset road trip and what a total pleasure The Old Inn turned out to be! Stayed in a beautiful room which was pristine and very comfy and ate both nights in the pub. Great food and delightful hosts. Thank you Paul and Jean for a perfect end to our hols.   Great little pub serving excellent food.

  Pub was following all the Covid 19 protocols and yet there was still a pub atmosphere which other pubs we have visited lacked. Great pub food and excellent host. Whilst it may be standard pub menu, the quality of the food was very good. Would recommend to anyone staying in the area to give it a visit

  Our first evening meal out since lockdown

  We were staying in a cottage about 1 mile from Hawkchurch, and wanted an evening out but staying reasonably local. We made the right choice with The Old Inn. The menu is nicely varied and they do normally have specials over and above what is on the menu. The food was lovely, the the staff delightful.

  Great food, friendly service

  Super quality, home cooked food in authentic surroundings. Ladies worked very hard to provide excellent service. Burgers were huge and very tasty. Great to offer two sizes for meals to suit differing appetites.
