  Wonderful Villa

  We stayed in a 1BR villa for 9 nights with our 2 year old son. It was perfect... beautiful, friendly staff... pool was a great size, and very very clean. The outdoor area did get a little slippery when it was wet... we will definitely stay here again.

  Seninyak suite in Bali

  We spent 8 days and nights in this lovely, quiet, clean, well located hotel and we were very happy with our stay. Rooms were spacious, well air conditioned and we had our own private pool. There was also a small equipped kitchen ( no microwave) and the staff were friendly and thoughtful, especially Mariana, Mela, Kadek and Ari to mention a few. The included breakfast was above average with a good variety. We also had a local driver Inyoman we used via the hotel who was brilliant. We had a very good visit. If you are ever planning to visit Bali look these guys up.

  Very comfortable format how the pool is in between the 2 master rooms. Kitchen lounge room spacious fantastic for small families or twin couples..we will return thanks to the serenity plus the location is absolutely surperb. eddiewould go

  Fantastic accommodation in the heart of Seminyak

  This is my second trip to Bali and the Seminyak Suite has surpassed all my expectations of accomodation.the staff have been excellent to the point that when they checked my passport and realised it was my Birthday, they bought a lovely cake complete with candles and sang Happy Birthday. After learning that it was also our wedding anniversary, they made I You in rose petals on both the bed and bath and also bought a lovely bouquet of flowers for my wife. A very beautiful touch to make this such a memorable trip. The rooms and the pool are very spacious and clean and a great size and the meals at the sister facility are equally good. Within walking distance to many restaurants /warungs and great shopping if you want. The Seminyak Suite, thank you very much.

  Romantic getaway

  My husband booked this trip, he picked the location and the accommodation and l never questioned his choices, though quietly l wondered what l was in for. So imagine my surprise to be picked up and taken to our accommodation and immediately l loved it! The driver was Edi, super friendly and happy to chat about everything. Check in was smooth and quick and the same gentleman showed us to our villa. My husband had chosen the pool villa best choice ever! We spent a lot of our 8 days in the pool. Every single staff member was happy, spoke to us happily and super friendly. We went on our trip to celebrate my husbands retirement on the 28th of Feb, the 29th is his Birthday and our 16th Wedding Anniversary. So my husband was super touched when our doorbell rang and there was Saree with a chocolate birthday cake and she sang him Happy Birthday. Later on we thanked her for the effort and told her of all our celebrations. When we got back to our villa after Dinner, a lovely flower arrangement was delivered to our room. The next afternoon it rained and in between showers we rushed over to the grocery shop we were gone possibly 15 minutes. When we got back my husband called me in Youd better come see this! I was worried, instead l found a beautiful towel arrangement of swans and red rose petals spelling I U on our bed and another arrangement of red roses sitting at the end of our bed. I will confess that l got teary and he pointed to the bathroom, and the same was in the bath. I asked my husband Did you arrange this?! He swears he did not. Again it was Saree, just those sweet little things, amazing dedication. Saree also arranged a taxi on one day to take us to Kuta. Mariani was also very dedicated and knowledgeable when asked about places to eat. Mariani booked our driver for the return trip to the airport. The staff in our accommodation and also the Sister Company where we were ferried each morning for breakfast were amazing, each morning we were greeted by name and quickly they recognised our coffee preferences and asked about our plans for the day, nothing is too much effort. Dont even get me started on the amazing food choices! Being just back from the main road in Seminyak means you are spoilt for choice in regards to food and shopping experiences. One night we did Japanese, the next night Greek and the following day German. Not to mention all the Indonesian choices. This has been an amazing trip and to the companys directors, whatever you have to do to keep your staff do that! Everyone there was an asset to you! Well done! We will be recommending you to anyone who will listen. And how my husband will ever beat this trip l dont know!
