  relaxed stay

  we reached there on 12th with our friend and his wife we got hut no A16 and our cpl frnd got A17,nice rooms with nice pool and at beach only thing which we missed was wifi which is not available in room,in reception area u can get free wifi,7/11 just opposite resort and one mart.....and rest shops near by, breakfast was american so was ok for us...will recomend our friends and family

  Lovely Property

  We stayed in this place in hut no 17 it was lovely and well maintained and relaxing place beach is attached and the pool well maintained with helpful staff made our stay enjoyably .The only part that needs improvement is some Veg. items in the breakfast

  Right on the beach

  I really like the layout of this hotel. Many of the rooms are in separate properties with 1 room on ground floor and 1 on 1st floor. We stayed in the VIP Thai House. It had a nice big balcony, and fine sized bedroom. The bathroom was a bit shabby. Generally the hotel needs a bit of modernisation, especially the bathrooms. Breakfast is included, but to be honest, it was not very good. Other than fresh fruit, it was of a low standard. The hotel leads right down to the beach, although it is very narrow in front of the hotel. You can easily walk along the beach to find a better spot. There are restaurants and bars all along the beach. All with a very nice laid back atmosphere. On the main road you will find plenty of restaurants and massage places too. We had a problem on arrival as the VIP Thai house we booked for 4 people was in fact a normal double room with sleeping for 2. The staff found us an additional room and the manager was helpful giving us a discount on the extra room. It seemed the problem was more with the information on Hotels.com than with the hotel.

  The only good thing, was the beach. The wifi not works, breakfast are so poor, when they have visit of their local people, the breakfast is only thai breakfast. They make up room only if you talk with the assistant, and take care, they dont understand a word

  Could have been much better . Property location is good . Management is not serious about hospitality. Staff is very limited. Rooms are big in size but lack basic facalities like glasses , cups , electric kettle. Don't hv tea , coffee in rooms etc
