  Cool, modern vibes

  The hotel was very clean, and the staff were super friendly. Breakfast was so good, but very spendy. The location is not far from downtown, but far enough to be nice and quiet. The decor/vibes were super modern and cool. We've stayed at a lot of different hotels in the Cincy area, and this one is top 2 for sure!

  Xmas Eve

  Ive always reviewed fairly... so here goes. Our stay was absolutely terrible, BUT mostly out of the control of the hotel. We arrived late Christmas Eve, stopping on our return home. The hotel itself is Beautiful, the room was very modern and clean. The service was exceptional at check in. After we arrive and settled, we noticed the room was a bit chilly. So thinking nothing of it we just turned the heat up higher and moved on with our day. Around midnight the room still wasnt warming up (it was 15 degrees outside) so I called the front desk and they told me maintenance needed to reset our thermostat, so again thinking nothing of it and moved on with our night. Woke back up at 2am and the room was 61 degrees and dropping!! We finally get someone in the room to fix the heat, and by 4:30am we could finally sleep without our jackets. The hotel did make an attempt to resolve the situation but claimed since we booked 3rd party (Expedia) they couldnt comp the room... but did buy breakfast. I truly would of gave it 1 star but the service wasnt terrible and I would of given more then 2 stars if they would of made a honest serious effort to resolve the situation, I understand things do happen that our out of their control, but what they do to resolve it is what we base or review upon.

  A great experience!

  I live nearby to the hotel and thought I'd stay for a night to check it out. I was presently surprised by its knowledgeable staff and artistic atmosphere. Robert greeted me at the front desk and was incredibly friendly and helpful. He knew a lot about the rooms, the building, and meeting spaces. I look forward to dining in the outdoor space when it is open during the spring and summer!

  A vision in Mind

  Wasn't sure what to expect when I arrived. Once I walked through the lobby, I felt as if I was in an art gallery instead of a typical hotel structure. Surrounded by artwork causing you to forget being at home; a long day at work or; that long day on the road. In your room, the bathroom is spacious, giving you privacy even if there's another person is in there with you. The room colors from the walls to all the furnishings are soothing to the eyes. The bedding was plush and comfortable like sleeping on clouds. I slept beautifully. The restaurant is on the 4th floor offers you cuisine dining along with a bar setting. You get the best of both worlds. There's a larger gallery on the 4th floor to view. This was my first time visiting Ohio and hotel stay. I will be returning. Would like to see what innovative hotels they will build in the future, globally.

  amazing staff

  I was there for an interview with a company who had sent a rep to Cincinnati just to meet with me. Nothing was going right for me that day until I walked into the lobby and she greeted me with a hello, how are you doing today sir? The interview was in the lobby and all my notes were left at home and I was freaking out. The person who was interviewing me was running an hour late and I just kept having the worst anxiety pain ever. I kept walking around in circles and Sarah I believe is her name says to me, is everything okay sir? If there is anything I can do to help, please let me know I guess she could see I wasnt in the right state of mind. I explained how my cell phone was about to die, Im waiting on someone to interview me & I had left all my notes about the company at home. She then asked me what was the name of the company and what kind of notes then says give me a minute and boom she actually printed out everything she could find about the company, asked me what type of phone I had and turns around and hands me a charger to plug in while I wait & read the information on the company. She then offers me water and says Youre going to kill the interview, youre the best. She was the nicest greatest most amazing person I have ever met. My interview was total opposite of the experience I had with Sarah so when I was offered my job this week, I turned them down. Said I would never work at a place where people arent as good as the person I met at the hotel. Anytime I travel, I will pray I meet someone there 1/4 of how nice she was because then and then only will my stay be worth it. I enjoyed her customer service so much I ended up booking a night out for my monthly staycation with my girlfriend here at Dolce in a few weeks. Sarah, youre the best & thank you for that day! Youre the sole reason I will be returning to stay. I hope everyone loves their job as much as you do.
