    Relaxing stay

Enjoyed our stay here. The rooms are basic but have free air con. Staff seemed really friendly and rooms cleaned every day. The kids paid extra for a fridge in their room and it would have been nice to have had a kettle. We stayed B&B and the breakfast was very basic but always fresh. I love olives, cheeses etc but after 10 days it got a bit boring. There was always one warm 'special' like scrambled egg, potato, pancakes etc & hard boiled eggs everyday. I was glad we were only B&B! Pool area is kept very clean and you could always get a sunbed if you returned later in the day. Hotel is situated approx 10 mins walk down to the beach. The only moan I have is that the bar is pricy and the 3 bedroom room is a bit of a squeeze for 3 teenagers.

    Never Again

Steps a nitemare, breakfast plain simple not a lot there. No one at reception when I arrived early hours on my own, when the man came he took me to a horrible damp dreary room full of ants. No fridge no kettle nothing If your face doesnt fit then you will be made to feel uncomfortable. Not nice when you are a solo traveller.

    Perfect location

Rooms are very basic. No kettle, fridge etc. Air conditioning in our room was useless which was a nightmare in the heatwave we had. Pool area lovely. Plenty of sunbeds, nice atmosphere only let down was the pool closed at 6pm. Baba behind the bar was excellent. Friendly, helpful and made us laugh. Great man. You can't bring anything into the hotel. You're expected to buy from their shop. Understand if you was to eat or drink round the pool etc but ridiculous when you can't take a bottle of drink to your room . Would come back but does need improvements

Basic hotel with rude staff who only cares about overcharging tourists

Basic hotel with rude staff who only cares about overcharging tourists. Fairly good location but because of the cons listed below, its not worth it to stay here: - Rude staff: especially this guy (photo attached) who didn't let us drink our orange juice that we brought with us when we were so thirsty. He was not even being polite about it. He made a rude remark "You don't follow rules in your country? " - Cold shower in morning and finicky (turns back to tap) - Bad WiFi (only one bar that kept disconnecting) - Breakfast included (no option to remove it) but we're vegans but they did not want to accommodate for dietary requirements even I messaged them beforehand - No outside food or drinks so you have to buy their overpriced drinks. Basic needs like water was priced more than double than outside price. On Booking.com site, they didn't specify this rule so this is basically a scam! - Limited space by pool - Noise from next door late into the night - Price is still high so you would expect a better hotel with better staff and facilities

Most of the staff were amazing, there are a few who follow the regime of the owner and his family. Even on our last day, serving

Don't expect anything amazing from this place apart from the housekeeping staff, Mo, Baba and a few other staff members who try their best to help you in any way that they can but the owner has the last day. You will recognise him floating around the hotel, the first one to have breakfast, just before 8am, doesn't talk to guests, only his staff. I saw one guest try to talk to him but he wasn't interested and told the guest to talk to one of the other staff. The breakfast options are poor, only 3-4 hot options, if you are lucky. If you are a vegan or vegetarian better not to stay here. My son doesn't have much at breakfast due to the limited options. He has toast with chocolate sauce, 3 days before we were due to leave the hotel, they ran out of chocolate sauce, what a joke!!! Considering a lot of families stay here how can they run out of chocolate sauce. The owner clearly chose not to have the chocolate sauce replaced to save money. I asked at the reception if they would have chocolate sauce the following day, if not, I would go and buy some myself for my son, but I was told they would. The following morning, no chocolate sauce again. I had also noticed that a pizza bread looking dish they served for breakfast in the hot bin the previous morning was now being served as a pasty next to the cake. The owner is so tight that he instructed the staff to take the dish, along with the cake to cut them smaller as they were too big Please see before and after pictures. The juice machine offers 2 flavours, both of which are warted down. This hotel doesn't allow you to bring your own food or drinks, they have very limited options in their so called shop and whatever and whatever they sell is ridiculously overpriced. A perfect example of this is a 5 little bottle of water cost 120TL from the hotel but only cost 30TL from a local shop. The food at the restaurant isn't any better and again very overpriced. Having read previous reviews, the same things have been mentioned over and over again but the owner has not bothered to make any changes. The air condition in one of our room wasn't working properly and the remote control didn't work, in my room we couldn't turn off the air condition, only by taking out the room key, which cuts off all supply. From time to time the air condition would trip in the middle of the night, so I had to go and tell reception who would go and rest the fuse. Since Baba has not been around, the atmosphere, standards and services have slipped dramatically. I believe this is because the owner has taken charge. I consider the owner to be selfish, inconsiderate and greedy. I feel very sorry for the staff who have to work for such a person!!!! He is always making comments in Turkish, when he sees us coming back through the reception, after we've been out. It is very obvious it is about us. Clearly we won't be coming back here again and really advise anyone against coming here, unless you don't care about the things mentioned or any of the other peoples reviews, which seems to be consistent. I would like to thank all the staff who have been wonderful to us, I hope you all find a better owner to work for who will treat not just you but the guests better.
