  2nd to none views and excellent food

  The views are outstanding and the food did. It disappoint. Staff was prompt and friendly. A must try when on St Croix! Its also a great spot to see the sunset and take photo memories. Reservations are recommended to get the best seating .

  Dinner at AMA

  My wife and I joined a friend here for dinner. I had the Halibut special and she had the African Prawn bisque with Crab salad. Our friend had a salad. The cocktails were outstanding as was the view. They had a special show Coral Fire dance. Very good. My cocktail was a Moscow mule. My wife had the Hemingway dacquiri. Everything was very good.

  Great room, great price, great area

  Comfortable, well appointed room in an older building. Perfect for relaxing on the terrace and conveniently located in the middle between both ends of the island. Fridge and microwave made snacking easy as neither the bar nor the restaurant were open for the majority of our stay. No front desk made it difficult to contact the manager with questions, but we didn't really have any questions. Strongly recommended if you don't require 5-stars, and for the price you couldn't ask for more.

  Fantastic View & Privacy

  The view at the Waves at Cane Bay cannot be surpassed. The grounds are a bit weather worn, but so beautiful that I cannot give anything under 5 stars. Room cleanliness is ok, not great, but again, the location and view make up for any deficiencies there. We stayed 4 nights in January 2020. Used the grotto (pool area), had many hours of the entire place to ourselves (or so it seemed). Easy walking distance to a few fun eating spots. No breakfast anywhere close, but we had fridge and coffee maker to get through morning.

  Stayed at the Waves at Cane Bay March 9th to 14th.

  As far as the view and location of this property you can not beat it. Restaurant and bar were great. Friendly people everywhere. Beach down the street and little eating and drinking places half block away. As far as the room. We had a standard room on the 1st floor. We already knew the interiors where a little dated but please how about a coffee maker and microwave a little newer than 1970. and c'mon, there are no breakfast places around how about a toaster. Still we had a great time!
