  Poor hotel not recommended

  Expectations are managed when you book to stay in a Greek hotel, however this hotel doesnt help itself. We stayed for two weeks on a bed and breakfast basis. The rooms are tired - old frayed towels, shower and toilet needed repair and the beds particularly uncomfortable. The breakfast is the same every day and consists largely of bread, cake and cheese. It was a daily struggle for basic items such as fresh fruit. Often this would resort to a tin would be opened - remarkable given the abundance of watermelon etc on the island. The catering team are understaffed and this meant long queues. You get the impression that everything is being done on the cheap at minimal expense. Dont recommend you stay here, its just not good enough and imagine they will go out of business at some stage.

  Needs maintenance

  Theofilos Superior has got four stars, but does not meet these. Rooms is big with kitchen corner. Some cutleries were missing or partly broken. Bath room was not maitained well. You have to put toilet papers to the basket, because pipes diameter is only 7 cm. Rooms have aircondition with heat. Breakfast is served in the Theofilus Classic Hotel. Inside pool was empty. Spa was closed. We were dissapointed. Outside pool is good. Pool bar was serving tasty snacks or light meals. Area ia safety. Distace to the village center is about 500 meters.

  Excellent!!!!

  Stayed with the family and had a great time. Good breakfast, nice rooms and pool and excellent service. Thanks Voula for the hospitality! Highly recommended it for your holidays!!!! I certainly enjoyed it!!!!

  Worst hotel I've ever been

  The worst hotel I ever been in my life. I travel to Petra ever year and I will never go back there again. Rusty and broken shower, blood on the sheets, broken and single beds instead of double. Flies all over the breakfast food. I wonder how it's still open

  Great hotel with friendly staff

  Pleasant hotel which is located a few minutes walk from the Centre. The staff were all very friendly and the service was good. There are three swimming pools of which 1 is for toddlers. Breakfast is provided and it is possible to get snacks during the day and evening.
