  Nice hotel

  Very good,clean,good value and in a perfect location.Staffs were very friendly.Hotel has very good size of swimming pool.when we were there there was different show everyday which we enjoy it. Food are tasty. There are even hookah service. It's one of the best hookah I have tried. I recommend try it. Will back this hotel again. Thanks for all.

  Looks nice and that's about it......

  Don't waste your time or money on this hotel. The pictures look great but in person it's a pretty terrible hotel. The rooms aren't clean, the hotel staff are incredibly unhelpful, the food is nice but everything is warm (so if you want a cold drink with ice.... forget it), the air conditioning doesn't work, the shower was horrible, the room fridge was broken, the internet speed is pathetic (when it works lol), etc...... The hotel is also really far away from civilisation, so if you want to pop to the nearest town/city, its a long trip via taxi or bus. The beach is very nice though! Summary: It looks really nice, the swimming pool is great fun and there are interesting theatre shows at night, but otherwise it's rubbish and the rooms are horrible.

  Disgusting do not pay the silly prices dropping to bits!!

  Checked in on 26 only to have no reservation but finally got sorted a hour later...given room on 3rd floor amd was seriously dated no air con and its 30'plus and beds are so uncomfortable didnt even get a hours sleep so went to reception to be moved so hapoy days.... so i thought...so upgraded yo a suit to make up for inconvenience and settled 120 usd more but its ten times worse no aircon again and pics describe the rest...water running from drains broken windows on 3rd floor that don't close!! Electric wires bare plus more!!!! Do not visit or waist your money there are plenty hotels that far exceed this hovel! Dont even have a toaster for breakfast 5star pffff yeh right cant wait to leave

  Absolutely awful Place

  I dont even want to spend the time to write a review this place this the worst place Ive ever been in my life the food was horrendous cheap horrible trash , you couldnt ask for help or didnt speak a word of English and when someone did they didnt care they would just pass you off to someone else who didnt care, if you was English they didnt care but ever other person from a different country they wanted to help them not us , also had another English pair there and they had stuff stolen from there room ,, we had money disappear from the room , we was there 10 days and the room cleaners that came around every morning at 11am didnt clean are room we had it done 2 times in ten days and even then we had to ask for towels or toilet rolls as they didnt do anything properly. Please dont go to this hotel this shouldnt be a 5 It was more 2/3

  Food disgusting !!

  Look lovely in pics but in reality not at all. Definately not the right hotel for british tourists because 98% of clientele were either Russian, Ukrainian or Turkish. Food cold every meal , staff rude
