  Fantastic

  Stayed here for a week while in Beijing. While the staff don't really speak English they really did try their best and helped out when we first got there. Very friendly and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Amazing value for money. Recommended.

  Refused to call us a taxi to airport?

  Visited from England the first twin room we were given wasnt in a clean state so we were offered a larger room by a nice member of staff who did his best despite the language barrier. Would of rated this hotel good value for money/location hardly any tourists but there is McDonalds, upmarket French cafes across the road. It is also one tram stop away or even a 15 minute walk from the Lama temple. However on our departure day at 6am on 10th May the lady working the night shift refused to call us a taxi to the airport from the hotel? Although its listed as a service on the website? We even used a translation app, asked the guard to help us and she continued to pretend that she didnt understand we needed her to call a taxi from the front desk? Maybe she was scared to use the phone? We almost missed our flight and had to hail a cab ourselves off the street and for this reason alone I wouldnt recommend this hotel to anyone who is not Chinese.

  limpio y buen desayuno

  habitaciones confortables y limpias, todo en excelente estado. Desayuno continental variado. el personal fue muy amable exceptuando que tuvimos que manejarnos en inglés ya que nadie hablaba español, de todos modos siempre fueron muy atentos y serviciales durante nuestra estancia

  Traveler Inn Express Hepingli Branch

  The commonly used name is Traveler Inn Express Hepingli Branch. I booked this hotel mainly on cost and its convenient location, about 10 minutes walk from Hepingli North station (line 5) exit C. Room was clean and big, with a bench to lay down my luggage, a long glass table to place my stuff. There is even a long sofa chair. Lift requires card access. Amenities are complete - air con, fridge, toiletries, hot shower, slippers, boiler, hair dryer, fridge and a safe. I stayed for 2 nights and was glad hotel provides 2 bottles of mineral water daily. What I didn't like is the toilet and bathroom only have glass door and can be seen from the room, no privacy. Breakfast starts at 6:30am. Buffet style, many varieties, mainly Chinese food. A staff is present to fry eggs for guests. There are some pastries, orange juice, soya milk too. Not bad to fill my stomach for the morning. Overall, a great stay here - value for money, good location, big room size and complete amenities plus breakfast. Tips: There is a 3 levels supermarket at Hepingli North Station exit D.
