    Rubbish Hotel

    Arrived in the car park to be met by drug dealers, and it went downhill from there. The room was tiny, the sheets didnt fit the bed and the duvet looked like it belonged on a baby cot. Paid for Wi-fi which didnt work. Bathroom was freezing. Wouldnt stay here again if you paid me to.

    Overnight Stop

    Second visit to Chertsey. This time for business. Wasnt disappointed at all. Was lovely to see a friendly face, the manager Stefanie welcomed my family and I last summer and her warm welcome was still shining. Lovely room and super clean. Nice and quiet with good comfy bed and hot shower. Will visit again.

    Stay at Travelodge Chertsey: Cleanliness, Customer Service, Covid Support

    I would like to thank Stephanie Quirk, Lauren, Jonathan and the housekeeping team for their superb support they provided me during the lockdown period and the presentation of the hotel Your customer service and attitude have also allowed me to support others. I found the hotel peaceful, clean, warm and the local amenties are a stones throw away which provides hot meals Thanks for all your hardwork in keeping me safe during my stay and the lockdown

    Great nights sleep!

    Stayed here while working locally, Hotel had just reopened and manager and staff were very helpful and always welcomed with a smile, they couldn't do enough to help me! The room was well presented and clean and was perfect for what i needed, there are plenty of places to eat locally within a couple of minutes walk and the M25 J11 is only a 5minute drive all in all very happy and will stay again when working in the area

    Cannabis !!!!!!

    Stunk of cannabis !!!! Smoking going in in rooms disgusting !!!! It even came under my door !!! Smelt each morning and night as I left and arrived to and from work !!! It was totally overpowering and I am totally shocked it was obviously allowed to happen by staff as a window was left open in the corridor day and night which made it freezing in the room !!
