  The rooms are decent since some parts of the hotel were renovated a couple of months ago. Bed linen and towels are of good quality. On a negative side, the exterior of the building is still dull and grey, not lit at night. The reception area is in old Soviet style with marble, etc. On our floor, we had to walk through cold and unlit corridors where renovations are still to be done. Insonorisation of doors is poor, you hear everything from the corridor. Walls etc are fine. Staff is pleasant and reactive. A separate word about breakfast. Do not order it unless you want to eat Soviet canteen style dishes. No cereals, no yoghourts, no juice... Lots of meat and fat dishes, not tasty.

  staff is amazing there. We had problem because our daughter (17 months) was sick, Receptionist called the doctor, we didn't need to pay for that. They allowed me to take breakfast for my wife to the room. They give us thermometer to take care our kid. One of the best staff I have ever met in hotel. Good brakfast noise from the corridor in the room The thind I didn,t like was nioise in corridor.

  Whereas the hotel itself claims to provide "3 star +" service, which may well be true (given their more than affordable prices), the charm of the place lays in quite an exclusive option - a possibility to choose every single day from a varied range of free excursions. Basically, you can go either on a sightseeing trip (there may be one or several destinations depending on the season) or enjoy an active tour about the Carpathians (once again, the rutes differ as to their length and difficulty) - bus and guide (and, for the "actives", pretty meagre snacks, too) provided by the hotel for no extra charge! Moreover, every night you're welcome to a concert in a hotel launch or any other entertainment. Should you come with children, don't hesitate to leave them for a couple of hours with the hotel animators (here I can boast no first-hand experience, though); and you'll surely find something for your kids when perusing the excursions list - a zoo, a delfinarium, a sheep farm, whatever. All above relates to the hotel's "A week tour" proposal, by far their most successful iniative, but of course you can rent a room for any needed period - without excursions and food (for those coming on a "Week tour", breakfast and supper are included in the price, and their Swedish line is not bad, especially by the standards of an average Ukrainian pansion). In case you've come to the resort for medical purposes, you may visit any of their plentiful cabinets and procedures (have no idea about the cost). A pleasant detail is you don't need to rush to the town buvet every morning for "Naftusya" or "Maria" thanks to a "mini-buvet" in the ground floor. However, it appears to me that "Truskavets-365" is not a sanatorium-type - with such an opportunity to explore the roundabouts at hand!

  Greate place for family vacation

  This hotel is located in one of best regions of Ukraine - in Carpathians. Truskavets is a very famous city. Many people come here to become more healthy, thanks to mineral water. The hotel "Truskavets 365" makes our vacation active, intetesting and funny. The rooms in the hotel are not big, but they have everything necessary. The food in the restauran is tasty and fresh. There are many different excursions every day: "super active", "active", by the bus and walk on foot. There are many interesting shows for adults and children in the hotel hall every evening. My family and I had a happy vacation!
