  Perfect stay for Vacation

  Nice, not too big Hotel for adults only. Friendly staff, good food and nice location. The Beach is with sand and there is a housereef for snorkeling. Also perfect for a long walk on the beach. Equipped with Pool- and Beachbar

  Vacation in paradise

  A great place to stay, very friendly employees! Very nice rooms, very clean, excellent room services! The beach is great for swimming and snorkeling. The entertainment was worth to attend! I will visit the hotel again.

  The perfect stay. Great food and standout service standard throughout the whole hotel

  Just returned from a 7 day stay and wished we had booked longer. First rate accommodation, attentive, friendly staff throughout the whole hotel and great standard of food and drink. The hospitality was excellent everywhere - warm greetings from housekeeping, reception, gardeners, pool, restaurant and bar staff at all times of the day. Nothing was too much trouble and they went out of the way to make us feel relaxed and welcome. Big thanks to Ahmed (entertainment team - you really are the most competitive entertainments staff member I've met) & Mustaffa (main restaurant - great sense of humour & sense of fun, thanks for all your advice and first rate service) There are more loungers than guests so you are guaranteed somewhere to catch some rays. If you want to be more active the entertainment team throughout the day have a selection of activities to try - cocktail classes through to Egyptian cooking, boules, shuffleboard and beginners yoga! All areas of the hotel were clean and well presented. Our room was thoroughly cleaned daily and the pool area well maintained throughout the day. The food choice and variety was great. A good selection of staples as well as a wide choice of local specialities at every sitting for the more adventurous palate. The restaurant and catering team were always on hand and willing to give ideas and suggestions of dishes to try. The Culinarium al la carte restaurant offered a more limited choice as you would expect. Again the presentation and quality was first class. One guest on the table next to us remarked that it was the best vegan meal he had had. For us our beef tenderloin was full of flavour and perfectly cooked. Make sure to try the grilled shrimp! Staying on the food front there's a wide selection of restaurants within the complex including Asian, Italian and Mediterranean to try - we went for the Indian and again just the right selection of dishes not to confuse and with a focus on presentation and flavour.

  Fab fab fab,

  I dont usually write reviews this early into a holiday but this hotel warrants it! The staff are absolutely amazing! we arrived 2 days ago and we have nothing but praise for the cleanliness and the customer service. Sayed on reception would be an asset to any company as would Khaled in the reception bar. It is our anniversary and Sayed went above and beyond to make it special for us. We stayed in room 135 which is on the ground floor with direct access to the pool and is serviced by who I think is called Hassim who is amazing! Staff seem to have been trained to the highest standard and TUI should be proud of their customer services! The hotel is spotlessly clean. To be honest the thing that lets this hotel down are the restaurants, the main buffet is fab but being able to dine in just 2 other restaurants without cost needs to be addressed as people staying just 1 week get the same privileges as guests staying 2 weeks. The Tui reps are amazing, Sayed and Daniel , what they dont know isnt worth nowing and I hope I never need their services in an emergency but would have every confidence in them if I did, their English is amazing.

  Amazing staff

  I dont usually write reviews, but with this hotel I just have to! The location of the hotel is incredible and the hotel itself is well equipped. But what was the best of all was the STAFF! Communication and activities especially with Ahmed were totally awesome and Ahmed was so active and he helped us to enjoy our vacation to the fullest! He could speak very well English and also German, so the communication was really easy and great!
