  We booked a king room and found a very large room with a super king bed.And a lovely outdoor seating area looking over an adjacent vineyard.Highly recommend .There was also a spa in the bathroom which perhaps is a feature becoming a bit dated.But overall a feeling of luxury.And the continental breakfast delivered to our room in the morning was stunning

  "Wow! How good is Tuileries?"

  My husband and I were booked in for three nights at Tuileries Rutherglen Estate. Not only do you have accommodation but the estate also includes a cellar door, an art gallery, a stunning restaurant with wine bar and a beautiful outdoor dining area, and inground pool. Everything onsite is a huge bonus. The room we stayed in, although a little dated, was spotless, had a nice comfortable bed and a great view from outside our deck over the vineyard. The rooms are quite spacious and because they are rendered solid brick the peace and quiet is amazing. The gardens are also beautiful and worth a short stroll. Our booking included breakfast which we dined in on our first morning and the next two mornings received a continental breakfast which was beautifully presented in a large basket. The customer service was at a very good standard from the greeting in reception, the cellar door staff, the restaurant staff and the house keeping staff. A gift of wine on departure was also a nice gesture. My husband and I cannot wait to return to Tuileries and the quaint town of Rutherglen. We loved it.

  Great place but accommodation needs updating

  The location is great, food (dinner and breakfast) excellent and staff lovely. Gorgeous views to the vineyard from your deck. The rooms however are very tired. Probably wouldnt return unless a refurb had occurred.

  Above and beyond

  We did not stay here but our friends did. The staff at Tuileries were told about how badly we were being treated at our accommodation (Wine Village Motor Inn) and they offered to give us a place to stay if we needed to leave. They did not mind when we visited our friends and sat on the deck for an afternoon drink. Amazing! So friendly, welcoming and accommodating. Stay Here!

  Wedding Weekend

  We stayed in a Vineyard room for the weekend for a wedding and from the moment we checked in they couldnt do enough for us. The rooms were lovely, the view perfect and the food at the restaurant fantastic. I highly recommend this property for a getaway especially if your a wine lover.
