  Perfecta estada

  El hotel es super bonito, en un entorno natural. El personal muy amable, atento, servicial. La comida muy buena. Las habitaciones amplias, limpias, tienen un enorme baño que no le falta detalle. Es un sitio muy tranquilo, para venir a descansar. Esta lleno de fauna para ver. Tiene una playa bonita, pero nosotros hemos encontrado olaje y hemos preferido estar en la piscina, en un sitio muy acogedor. No tengo ninguna critica mala, se nota que es un hotel de una cadena de categoria. 100% recomanable!

  Broche de oro al final del viaje

  Un hotel estupendo. Por encima de todo destaco el entorno y el personal. Súper amables, educados y pendientes. Gracias a todos, Mathi, Danu, etc. En medio de un bosque con la playa pegada, una maravilla. Lo único quizás algo mejorable, la calidad de la comida y la cena (quizás no elegimos bien). Desayuno espectacular. Muchas gracias por todo, altamente recomendable.

  Tranquil Stay in Trincomalee

  We were there on October, 2019 and reserved the Jungle Cabin. At the booking stage I have reserved another hotel of Uga group forgetting to select an available offer, but the management was really flexible to add me the offer and use that extra credit to reserve "jungle Beach". The entrance of this property symbolizes the simplicity and minimum impact to the environment, One might it is a jungle unless the hotel name is there. Our jungle cabin was great and the exterior shower was our favorite of all the amenities. We enjoyed the sunset at the hotel beach and had a cool swim in the swimming pool. Food was tasty and the service was excellent.

  Honeymoon Destination December 2019

  We had the most relaxing tranquil honeymoon here at Jungle Beach, a very literal name as we stayed in our own very spacious cabin surrounded by the jungle and we could walk down our very own path to the hotel's private beach in under a minute. We loved the outside shower facility and the privacy. We wanted to take a break from our hectic lives in the UK and we it was so easy to do. It was the wet season and therefore quite quiet at the hotel but there were still plenty of staff about to help and they were helpful! We were waited on wherever we were, our room, the beach, the pool but also left to our own devices in between. The staff even invited us to learn how to cook, we were able to choose from a number of different local curries and Rathna Kamara (the chef) taught us the local way. He was fantastic and we had so much fun that we did a second class just two days later learning how to make paneer breads and side dishes. We only spent one day away from the resort... We headed to the nearby town of Trincomalee on a tuktuk and visited a few temples and bought our own earthenware inspired by our cookery classes. We would both highly recommend Jungle Beach with it's relaxed atmosphere and excellent service. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay one to remember - even down to the homemade banana smoothie that was waiting for me at 4.30am when we left the hotel!

  Lovely Stay and Wonderful beach experience!

  We booked a beach cabin for us and a lagoon cabin for my parents, and my parents got upgraded to a jungle cabin. The cabins are clean, very spacious, and tastefully decorated. We enjoyed the outdoor shower area very much and appreciated how it was set up. There was less crowd when we visited, and the beach was very clean, and we enjoyed the walks from the beach cabin through the wood area to the beach. We fell in love with its tranquil surroundings. I especially want to compliment the warm and friendly staff in this place. Even though we informed them at the last moment about my mothers birthday, they managed to send us a complimentary cake. We appreciate this gesture very much and thank you for this amazing service. We loved the food as well. We will definitely visit again. Keep up the good service Jungle Beach!
