  Great hotel!

  Recently opened so very new and fancy. Great breakfast buffets. Stayed 3 nights - one with a pool in the 2nd floor and one with a whirlpool inside. Room with a pool in the 2nd floor : has a great view. Pool doesn't have heated water though so really no use except in summer. Room with a whirlpool inside. Great use. Even has a massage chair (Body Friend) inside. I used whirlpool and massage chair to joy. Near Jeju airport. Definitely recommended. Great Ocean view as well.

  Waterfront View

  Nice hotel with some elegance to it. Great waterfront views. Close to restaurants and massage spots. Rooms are a good size with excellent wifi. Staff is remarkably cordial. Restaurant has a nice selection of food.

  No food, nothing to do. Don't stay here.

  We're at the Uni Hotel and we are very, very unhappy with the stay. I want to cancel and get a refund. The hotel listing is very misleading--or confusing at best. We thought there is a pool but it turns out that there is no access to a pool for guest use. There is only a "pool suite", which probably means you'll have to pay through the nose to get access. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere. There are no restaurants in the hotel and very few options nearby. Without a car, we feel like we are stuck here. I have a family so eating is becoming a big problem. Without a pool, there is absolutely nothing to do for the kids at the hotel. While the hotel itself is new and nice, this is just not a family-friendly option.

  WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER

  The hotel itself was great, but as a person who has been to luxurious hotels all over the world, this hotel was by far the worst customer service I've experienced in years. The employees (afternoon reception) had an attitude for no apparent reason and made the checking in wait very long. We always come to a place with a good mindset, but we arrived at almost 5pm and the room was not ready. Also the females who had the attitude, while trying to negotiate the problem said in Korean (which I understand) "after we go to the bathroom, we can go out and smoke" in which we replied, this was not the venue for that information, we are your customers. They then replied that they were sorry becuase we understood what they were saying as foreigners. After taking a long time, they then asked for our passports with mean look, and gave us the keys to our room afterwards. They were not welcoming at all and refused to leave the desk to help greet us or anything of that sort. This was not what I expected from a 5 star hotel, even though the food was nice and view was good. I will NOT invite my mom back here from the states because this hotel was THE Embarrassing experience of Jeju, South Korea

  Great view and great BBQ but no pool or access to beach

  Visited as a large family of 9 adults and kids and used the big room (132sqm) There was a jacuzzi in the second bathroom which was nice but we didnt know how to turn off the filtering so the most adjacent room was very noisy when sleeping. During the evening the fuse blew so there was no electricity from the sockets so they gave us access to the room next door to use that one too, good service. The BBQ in the restaurant TIKI TIKI is very delicious and romantic - watching sunset and having really nice blackpig-pork is good. They are preheating the pork so it becomes very soft and juicy. They had also live performance. Its good to stay one day or as a base for making trips nearby. There is no sand beach close by or an indoor pool in hotel so its not good for families to stay longer periods. An advanced massage chair was in the room, cool thing. Also fridge to store stuff. It was possible to buy water and other stuff in a small mart at the reception.
