  Magical Umbrian Wine Country

  We stayed at this adorable and charming villa as we kicked around the wine country in Umbria!!! The views are panoramic....the hospitality was even better!!!! We felt so relaxed and taken care of by this delightful staff!!! We had the pleasure of meeting the owner Lidia....mwah! I'm coming back! Here's to wishing I could live like an Italian!

  Relaxing with Umbrian Tranquility

  This was an excellent experience in Umbria made the most of by staying in this idyllic, beautiful accommodation. Lidia is really helpful and informative and from Todi you can easily access all the medieval towns and sights easily.

  Falling in Love With Umbria

  I love movies! Staying here was like being in a beautiful Italian foreign film! Our hostess, Lidia was fabulous! The Country House was charming, the food was superb and the views were panoramic and breathtaking! You are an hour from Rome, close to Perugia, Orvieto, Assisi and Todi is a secret gem!!! Just go! We have been twice and are enchanted with this part of Italy. The wine country is right there. This is what Tuscany region was like before it got swamped with tourists. Lidia knows where all of the amazing day trips from the county house are. You can't find a more central location to launch from.

  Beautiful setting

  The accomodations were wonderful and the setting beautiful. The hospitality also was great. I would recommend Villa Sobrano when travelling in Italy. It was nice to have the pool nestled in the vineyards.

  Best place in Umbria

  If you go to Umbria, we think the beautiful hilltop town Todi and it's surroundings is the most gorgeous area. And if you like to stay outside the hotels in the downtown area with beautiful views of mountains and vineyards, a fantastic pool set in nature and great breakfast (and more meals as requested) Villa Sobrano is the place. We were so lucky to find this place and get to know Lidia who is the perfect Italian hostess, extremely helpful and made us feel at home. We strongly recommend Villa Sobrano and will definitely come back when we are in Umbria/Todi again, hopefully soon.
