  Decepcionante. Caro. Muy duro el sofa cama. Cena grasienta. Con maletas y sin ascensor. Grifo solo con agua caliente

  Empecemos por lo bueno:el paraje es bonito y tiene sabor a pueblo. Lo malo: lean el titulo de este comentario. Ademas Internet no va. La habitacon de menso de 20 metros para tres personas.Piensenlo dos veces antes de venir. Seguro que encuentran algo mucho mejor. No es dificil. El liston está muy bajo. Hotel tortura

  Maybe deserving two stars - no more!

  Rooms are spacious and ok. Surroundings are nice. Wellness ok but nothing special. Restaurant is very basic (with loud live music). Food is pretentious, below average and overpriced. Staff is polite but not really trained in hospitality. Management policies are strange: no maintenance staff on duty, you cant get a pitcher of water at the restaurant, you have to wear a silly wrist band at all times. Wifi was practically not functional on the first day. Half an hour of standing in line to check out. It would be a nice two stars experience. As a 4 star hotel it is greatly disappointing. I will not return here.

  START TO GROW TOO BIG

  We were here nearly after opening- many years ago. That time it was quite unusual to have a high standard villa-hotel in the country. Due to its success, it has been continuously enlarged. Good, that the design remained more "villa-like", rather than a "big block". It can also accommodate conferences - with even 150 participants, and all, what belongs to it. Buffet type of meal (nothing bad, but far from intimate, or Micheline stars). The rooms are clean and big enough. The wellness has also reached its maximum: inside and outside pools, sauna, etc. Afraid, that when "private" no conference" tourists make the hotel full: all these should be overcrowded.

  Stay away

  At the time of the booking (for 5 nights) we confirmed with the hotel that they can provide vegan meals, as we paid for the half board option. However, when we arrived they informed us that they never had to cater anyone with vegan food and the chef had difficulty cooking for us. What they gave us for dinner was inedible, it was well below the 4 star standard. The hotel was the unfriendliest hotel we've ever been to, there was absolutely no Christmas atmosphere there. There is nothing to do at the hotel and it is way too far from the city. There is no coffee place so if you'd like to buy coffee, the receptionist would go to the back and make you one. We couldn't swim (and no guest could) at the pool as it was freezing cold. The wifi kept dropping out and there were parts of the hotel where there was no wifi at all. Talking to the manager didn't help either, he was unwilling to compensate us. We had such an unenjoyable time at this hotel that we decided to leave after 2 nights. We couldn't negotiate with the manager so we had to pay for 5 nights which made this hotel stay the worst and most expensive stay of our travelling.

  NOT RECOMMENDED !

  The worst wellness hotel Ive ever been! They claim they are a 4 star hotel however except for their prices they dont deserve it! We had a 2 night stay for £600 for 3 adults and 2 children. My experience: - WiFi didnt work in either of the rooms - the bed was so uncomfortable wood pieces were running through the middle my grandma had a similar bed in the 1970s - cleaners are shouting slapping doors like no one else there Thats ridiculous in a wellness hotel where people are paying for a bit of relax! I was so mad when I wanted to sleep they just kept shouting - finally I couldnt believe how a 4 star hotel can expect from guests to go out in freezing cold in a bathrobe to find the wellness building 2-300 meter walking in minuses I dont recommended it to anyone!!! Only positive feedback for the waiters in the restaurant They behaved professionally and polite! Never again Hotel Villa Volgy!!
