  Lindo lugar

  Fuimos con mi familia este mes al Villas resort hermoso lugar lindas instalaciones faltan retocar algunos detalles pero muy hermoso! Es un hotel familiar aclaró eso, un lugar muy tranquilo gente en familia y adulta va ahí... El internet es muy malo no alcanza a todas partes ya que las instalacion es enorme eso sí tenes que caminar mucho si para irte a la piscina o a la área de comida! Al menos nuestra habitación estaba lejos de todo... La comida es medio rara mucho fruto de mar y mi familia no es que le gustaba tanto eso.. Prácticamente no comian

  Not a 4 star Hotel

  The overall quality is low and in my view is not a 4 star hotel. Food was average, some days lower than average. Food and restaurant: On the first day, as we arrived late we had some poor quality food in our room, but only one chair to seat and eat. Water was not included and we were 2 guests.On the restaurant, recipients used to put water on the hot water reservatory was pretty dirty (see picture attached). The restaurant room is open and had some bugs flying inside. Room: If sun light upsets your sleep, the rooms will let the sun go inside very early in the morning. Beach: Beach is nice and the water is warm. The golf cars that transport the guests to the beach were a bit dirty. On the hotel there we had to wait for the golf cars on a unshaded stop on near a wall with a bad smell. There was a recent fire and the vegetation around the access to the beach has been burned, which gives a bad scenario to guests. We had access to a chair and sun hat on the beach, but the overall space was pretty crowded. Others: All inclusive package does not include drinking water on lunch and dinner. They are charging additional 7 EUR per day and guest to access sport facilities and entertainment as mandatory, but we were not warned about this rate on the check in. It appeared on the check out bill.

  Ruined honeymoon

  After getting married in lake como we decided to fly on to sardinia for our honeymoon. Booked through just sardinia, explained all my needs and was recommend this hotel. From day one my heart dropped and ever since been nothing but disappointed. I booked a villa for my parents and my children to stay in and myself and hubby in an apartment. The villa was stunning however small cracks started to appear my three year old son was electrocuted on a large over hanging lamp and the metal stair case was so loose it was a danger to the children and my elderly grandmother. Both reported yet nothing done. We ended up unplugging and moving lamp as every time it was on and you walked past it someone got a shock! Our apartment we was shown to was dark dreary and smelt damp I literally burst in to tears. I contacted my rep who spoke to the reception staff who did move us the next day to a nicer room over looking the pool, however when we wanted to use the Jacuzzi for a romantic evening in we was told it didn't work!!! This place is not 4* I have never been so disappointed in a hotel as I am this one. Iv had more fuss made on arriving on holiday for a standard family trip then I have coming here for my honeymoon. We didn't even get a congratulations. Honeymoons are meant to be special and something you remember, we will be remembering this but for all the wrong reasons! The food is pretty poor to the beds extremely uncomfortable and rooms only have showers which have extremely low pressure! (And no door on ours) This place is extremely over priced, and I would advise all to stay clear! We still have 6 days to go however I'm ready to leave now.

  Snatching defeat from the jaws of victory

  We rented a villa within the resort at what on average is a very expensive price for the time and the area. We arrived there and the villa had two level that were not connected to each other. Everything in the resort was then extra from the cleaning to the water to every meal to beach beds. The entertainment team was ok but staff was way too rigid under the miopic direction of management. There is no way the bill at the end matched the service and the quality of our stay in spite of an enviable setting this place feels it could do so much better if well run. We are not going to go back there, as for that price there are much better resorts in the same area

  Long weekend

  Stayed for 4 nights at the end of May beginning of June with my wife . The resort is a hours drive from Cagliari through the mountains . Plenty of free parking outside the resort . The resort its self is very spacious and the villas are a ok size . The beds are very uncomfortable the tv is the size of a iPad and could only get sky news which gets very annoying after 10 min . The rooms are very dark and the bathroom has a very small window so even darker . No shower door so floor floods when having a shower . Not aloud to put your own drinks in mini bar they take them away if you do . On our 5 min walk to swimming pool we noticed a lot of villas were empty with all the furniture piled up and the hot tubs were all green and mouldy not what you expect from a so called 5 star resort . Pool area is very nice and clean and bar area is good they didnt do any food or snacks which was very annoying as the resort is in the middle of no were so nothing is with in walking distance. It needs a shop on site or sell bar food . We didnt eat in the restaurant as we had breakfast in there and that was well below average very limited choice and breakfast Cereal spilt every were every morning and staff just leave it . Beach is a 10-15 min walk And it does say there is a beach bar but the wooden shed on the beach was all closed up so can not confirm if there is one or not which we found very annoying as your down there in the heat with no food or drink . The beach it self is very nice . Over all the resort is expensive for what you get more a 3 star than 5 . No shops or restaurants near 1 shop and a couple of pizza places 5-10 min drive away with a fish restaurant which was expensive and the worse fish we have ever had so I would not recommend that .Nearest town Villasimius is 15-20 min drive around the cliffs which was very nice place . We wouldnt stay at this resort again to far out and nothing to do .
