  Good hotel and second closest hotel from the beach

  A very clean hotel with good two types of rooms. One is beach view and another is sea view. Both are worthy and we did not require AC rooms as there was smooth sea breeze coming to our room. The staffs are very good in their hospitality. They have mini fridges and lockers. In the night you can hear the live music coming to the rooms from the nearby shacks. The pool is very wide and good for access to multiple groups. We did not take restaurant service from there because you will find many shacks and very low prices around.

  BE CAREFUL

  Lovely Location right in front of Colva beach, Manager and staff of the hotel very cooperative and Helpful. BUT be aware of the hotel's Watchman who comes for duty in Night. Very aggressive vagabond extremely harmful Fellow.If you are alone he will misbehave or attack, and the moment he comes to know that you are in a group he runs off. His behavior with the guests will reflect on the Hotel. Management has to look into the matter seriously.

  Average Room With Great Location

  Location was awesome, like Beach resort. swimming pool was very good condition & very Big , we are enjoyed in very much. But except this all are low quality room, amenities.Amenities and services are like that of very ordinary quality (even budget hotels of Rs ...per night would have better service). I don't think they have room service or restaurant (didn't even try to know)

  A very noisy place

  Well the indian are not particularly known for their discreteness and with that knowledge an apropriate isolation would have been helpfull in this hotel in the centre of this holiday resort where indians tend to get really drunk. However I enjoyed my stay with all the beautiful families who were standing in the shore with their clothes on, happy as kids!

  Very rude staff

  Pls do not visit this place forget even staying there. Very rude staff who have no sense as to how to talk to customers. Not even worth 1 star. The front staff is really discourteous and property atrocious.
