  De lo mejorcito en Hamilton

  El hotel está limpio y la gente amable. Muy cerca de la Universidad McMaster y de su hospital. Recomendable.

  Una maravilla¡¡

  Sin duda una agradable sorpresa...si tenéis que hospedaros en la zona...no lo dudéis en ese hotel ofrecen un servicio impecable ( su personal es de lo más atento, en el horario de desayunos el camarero es encantador¡¡), las habitaciones amplias, limpias, modernas, las camas cómodas. Estuvimos solo una noche...un descanso maravilloso para continuar viaje por ese estupendo país. Y a un precio más que razonable.

  Pricey for what it is

  We stayed at the Visitors Inn for a Saturday night concert in the city and the prices were ridiculous! $170+t&fs just for one night (queen bed) as if I were downtown Toronto. Its just your average hotel out of the GTA so cant justify that price gauging considering it should be 80-100 max...

  first floor

  this is my first review. I agree with hotelguest12345. my company has been coming here for a number of years. we also prefer the rooms on the first floor. the smell is really bad especially in the evening. some of us have transferred to another hotel. I like it here. the smell doesn't bother me that much but it does to my coworkers. lately it has become more noticeable. hope they clean up the trash

  Hidden Jewel

  My husband was supposed to have surgery at McMaster hospital. They recommended the Visitors Inn as a place to stay while he was in recovery for a couple of days. We checked in the night before, since his surgery was scheduled early in the morning. I must say, this place was immaculate. They upgraded us to a room with two beds and a little kitchenette, since their restaurant was closed. It had everything we needed. Unfortunately his surgery got cancelled due to covid19. My husband and I decided to stay one more night, since the beds were so comfortable, and the room rate was very reasonable. The only negative thing I have to say is about the hallway odor. We both smoked in our younger days, and this "scent" brought back memories. Other than that, this was a great place to stay. Once they reschedule his surgery, we will definitely be back.

  Very satisfied.

  The room was clean, beds were very comfortable, stocked with a coffee maker/Keurig and pods, microwave, mini fridge. Reasonable price. Used booking.Com but had to add days and the staff were very accommodating. Very satisfied. Would recommend and stay again if needing to come to Hamilton. **I could hear the traffic but didnt bother me as Im used to white noise.**

  A little gem of a hotel!

  Richard front of desk staff was super helpful when we needed to book a hotel at short notice. Nothing was too much trouble! Hotel is great, rooms have all the facilities of a bright, clean and welcoming hotel. Pool and spa area is fantastic and open till late which was great for our family. We all slept very well for the 3 night stay. Housekeeping staff were very accommodating and professional. We would liked to have had breakfast or evening meal but the restaurant was closed which was frustrating. I think it only opens for part of the week. Overall, we had a super stay at this lovely, quiet hotel. Highly recommend!

  True hidden gem

  Absolutely wonderful experience at this hotel. A hidden gem. Immaculately clean. The furniture, carpets, paint etc were all refreshingly nice. No scuffed furniture, tatty carpet, etc that's so common in hotels these days. Indoor pool and hot tub, although I didn't use them. On premises restaurant. Daily housekeeping- also a rarity now. Super helpful, friendly and professional staff throughout the faculty. I would actually prefer to give the hotel a 4 1/2 dot rating because the area is not walkable, and they don't offer a free breakfast, but I went with a 5 dot instead of rounding down to a 4 dot because the hotel itself is such a delight.
