  Lied to keep deposit

  Stayed here with a friend and my brother 31st Jan - 7th Feb 2017. Firstly the apartments are very small and basic. We stayed and looked after the place well, literally slept here and spent most of our time out snowboarding or seeing the sights. After having fast return phonecalls and texts from the owner up until we arrived, when I asked for the wifi password they refused to answer the phone or reply in text because there is no wifi. When I left we tidied up any rubbish and left the apartment as seen but with the bed sheets rolled up on the bed ready for the cleaner to come and clean. They have refused to give us our deposit back because we left sheets off the duvet and said we damaged paint?! The place was immaculate. After we left the girl phoned me to say thanks for staying and she had cleaned up and would give me my deposit back that evening. A week later I noticed it wasnt in my account. I messaged them to ask for my deposit and no reply for a few days. So I sent in capitals 'REFUND REFUND REFUND'. To which I finally got a reply. Avoid this rubbish apartment and stay somewhere bigger than a hamster cage who wont steal your money!
