  Satisfactorio y recomendable

  A 5 minutos de una estación de la linea de tren urbano, con los cuales en 15 minutos te presentas en la misma plaza del Duomo. Limpieza absoluta, minibar completo y televisión de plasma con el canal internacional español... como estar en casa. El desayuno poco variado pero de buena calidad. Buen trato con el personal. La única pega que podría nombrar sería que la bañera es muy estrecha, pero para ducharte es más que suficiente.

  Do not go!!!!

  I have just come back from Milan in Italy and I stayed at the Hotel Zefiro. It is certainly not 4 star as it states but more like 2 star. The breakfast was a joke. I went to have some scrambled eggs which were cold, when I mentioned this to the staff they told us we had to get there for 7am, considering breakfast was from 7am to 10am after complaining to the manager the next day eggs and plates were warm. The room was at the back of the hotel which was dull and dark, the only nice thing about the room was the bathroom and that the maids really cleaned the rooms very well but I would never ever stay at this hotel again. I would prefer to sleep in the street first. I don't usually pay no mind to the bad reviews, on this case I wish I had.

  Wonderful service, good price, near airport

  I didn't have breakfast, so I can't speak to those reviews. However, the service was GREAT particularly for the amazing price. It is a bit from a metro and the furnishings are dated, but it was only a 16 euro taxi to the airport and the cost of the room can't be beat.

  Worst experience in Milano hotel

  We had very very bad experience with this hote. In theory is a 4* hotel, practically may be 2* Very small room and bed, breakfast very very poor Never again in this hotel We have booked for 3 nights and after the first we runa away, and they did not reimbursed us the city tax paid

  Nice hotel in a quiet area with some minor issues.

  We spent one night with my girlfriend in June 2015 in Zefiro Hotel (it´s known as VIVA Milano now). It´s located a bit outside the center of Milan, but you can get there easily by tram or simply by taking a nice walk in the city. We had a double room on the 2nd floor. The room was spacious and had a modern bathroom and air-conditioning (no balcony). Upon arrival we noticed that the toilet didn´t flush and had to change to another room, which was not a big deal, since we hadn´t unpacked yet. It seemed as some renovation had taken place recently and the issue with the toilet had probably something to do with that. The room was clean and tidy and had a fairly modern look and the bed was very comfortable. There was no noise from other rooms or outside, except some children´s party that lasted until about 23:00 at a (I´m guessing) daycare facility in the same block. The breakfast was very nice: Fresh fruits, musli, cornflakes, fresh bread, cheese, ham and other cold-cuts, tea, coffee, cappucino (made fresh and free of charge upon request) juices. Checking-out we had an issue with the payment. We were made to pay upon arrival, because booking.com hadn´t given my credit-card information to the hotel. As we were cheking out we were asked to pay for our stay again. I didn´t ask for a receipt for my payment, but luckily the same receptionist who took our payment was on duty as we were cheking out and finally remembered the payment. Overall it´s a good hotel for the price and I have no major complaints. Just make sure you ask for a receipt, if you are made to pay upon arrival to avoid any possible issues.
