  A friendly place to stay, offering good value.

  We stayed five night at the Welcome Traveller Inn, while exploring the Pembrokeshire coastline and surrounding nature. Our room was in good order, tea and coffee in room, and everything working. New carpets on landing and stairs, and new paint added to the positive impression. Breakfast was simple but adequate, and included an option of a full English, which we enjoyed on more than one occasion. We also enjoyed the evening meals, in particular the home made chicken curry, succulent chicken pieces in a tasty curry sauce, served with fluffy rice. All at very reasonable prices. And last but by no means least, always a friendly smile or word from the proprietors, Babs and Geoff, who did their best to make us feel at home and welcome every single day of our stay.

  The best Value for money Breakfast in Pembrokeshire.

  If you like a great tasting breakfast and all you can eat then this is for you and as much coffee and tea,This is the place to eat we went here for the first time today with our friend and it was great all very fresh and plenty of it even toast jams marmalade. Now we know about here will we sure to be going again.

  Fantasic. Great value for money.

  First time visit and we will definitely be coming again. We came to enjoy the 'all you can eat' breakfast. And enjoy we did. Food was well cooked and very tasty. Would really recommend. Good price as well. My friend, who was with us, lost his glasses while we were there. He left his phone number in case they found them and they did phone to say they were found in the car park. This was very good of them. Thank you for an excellent experience. We will be back soon.

  Sunday Roast Exceptional.

  This pub has no frills but what a find.! very welcoming.wonderful roast dinner ,clean and the host were so friendly..I really recommend this pub, dont drive past ,stop and go in, you will not be disappointed. It does not seem that attractive as you drive past and somehow you dont seem to know if it is open or not but at the time we went there it was open ( early spring Friday Saturday and Sunday ) Very reasonable and obviously all the locals love it as it has such a friendly atmosphere.

  Sunday dinner

  Went for Sunday dinner here and booked for an adult and baby (needing a highchair). When arriving they couldnt provide me with a highchair for my child. Even though there was one not being used on a reserved table. When asking the owner could I use that one for my chair she firmly told me NO. The staff thought that it was appropriate for my 9 month old daughter to sit in a normal chair. When asking another lady for her highchair as she wasnt using it. She told me that they have already hounded her about the highchair and that she was fed up of it, so I could have it. When looking at the highchair it was absolutely disgusting didnt look like it had been cleaned in years. The straps which were supposed to be white were brown and stained with food. The clips which were plastic had bits of stale food on where they havent wiped properly. The whole chair needed to be thrown into the washing machine or even better chucked and bought new. I felt so uncomfortable standing in the middle of a restaurant with everyone staring at you. Staff telling you that you had to make do with an ADULT chair. The owner was very unfriendly. Would not recommend this place at all. Wont be going there again. Dont know if Ill go out for a Sunday dinner with my daughter again after that.
