  We will absolutely be coming back!!!

  The location, room quality, amenities, EVERYTHING exceeded our expectations and we will be frequenting the Westgate Cocoa Beach Resort again in the future! We loved it so much that we have told many of our friends how amazing it was, and they have already booked their stays here as well - we KNOW they will love it too. The Tiki bartender Tracey was beyond wonderful - not only for the great conversation and beverages :) but she also recommended the best restaurants and destinations to us throughout our whole weeks stay and we were never disappointed!

  Excelent experience!

  Nice room. All in perfect order and clean. Very polite people. The pools and water games are fantastic. Kids had a lot of fun. The fitness center is fine with a 24 hrs time open policy. Excelent service at the beach, They give you chairs and umbrellas. I highlight Edgar that was always in a good mood. We will come back for sure

  Dark Time Share

  We had to get away and decided to hit Cocoa and see what that was like since Bike week was happening up north. We found a decent price and the pics and reviews were decent so we took a chance. The property is clean although it looks dated even with fresh paint. The rooms face each other in motel fashion so the rooms are very dark even with the drapes wide open. Newly redone rooms are decent, although they chose dark furniture to go with dark rooms? Couch and furniture had some stains but were clean. Bathroom had a nice shower with rain head. The walls are typically thin and we heard a clear conversation from next door. NO HOUSEKEEPING-YOU CLEAN YOUR OWN ROOM. They have a cute little TIKI bar with a surprisingly good and cheap menu and Tracey was a good bartender and gave great recomendations. Finally this is not ocean front or ocean view....its close to the beach but you will not see it from the rooms. The beach is nice but they segregate owners from renters, which was odd and $25 for an umbrella and chairs is fitting for a true oceanfront resort-not here. LASTLY......... IT IS A TIMESHARE. The good: 1) Room was clean and updated. 2) Close to (but no views) the beach 3) Close to a lot of good restaurants and the tourist trap pier. 4) Tracey and the staff were spot on. The manager was visible (Valorie)? 5) Tiki hut was good drinks and food at reasonable prices. The bad: 1) IT IS A TIMESHARE within 2 minutes we were offered "the tour". and chased down at the pier (really) a few days later....ugh when will they learn? 2) The rooms are DARK - with all the drapes shut it was like a crypt. Sleep on. 3) It is not beachfront...close but no views. 4) NO housekeeping- they supplied everything but did nothing. 5) They ask you t wear a wristband-owners green (20% off) renters orange(full price) 6) The DJ during the day can get loud. Really loud. It was quiet at night. 7) The ac units are on the roof above you, every time it kicks on you will think a rocket is launching at Cape Canaveral...You get used to it after a couple of nights. I would try another place if we return.

  Beach chairs and umbrellas

  Orangel was great and super friendly and helpful any questions we he had he answered quickly great customer service skills. The hotel was also very clean and everyone that worked at the hotel was great.
