  Lots of thoughts were put into this nice hotel!

  A pleasant surprise for us was the half hidden bath tube on the balcony! It was a super nice idea to enjoy the scenery from the balcony. You can see the owner is putting into some thoughts in the design to provide some cool memories for the guests during their stay. We went to Kenting/Hengchun during the low season, so i think the price we paid for the room was amazing. We stayed for two nights. Breakfast was good. my egg was cooked great. On Friday or Saturday night, I remembered there was a live performance downstairs on the main bar from around 10 o clock i believe. The bar offered some swiss kopparberg fruity beer, which I strongly recommended for girls. The bar was quite empty during our stay, but it was nice to sip some good exotic beer while listening to live music performance. We definitely do not expect this cozy unique experience at all in this part of Taiwan!

  Reasonable hotel well placed.

  Wolken Lodge is a reasonably modern hotel that is prettier inside than out. (due to the dusty roads outside). Inside the decorations are distinctive, with a european hint. there is a very nice jacuzzi on the secluded balcony. There is also a small pool on the roof, although I never saw this as it has limited opening times. The breakfast brunch is very good, even though the man was obviously over stretched. Dont forget to visit the living flames, which are almost within walking distance.

  Modern design, but...

  We were a group of 7 which stayed in this small hotel in late September. It is modern and pretty, There is a supermarket next door. It is located in Hengchun which is much quieter than Kending. Decent enough, but here are the minuses: 1) Don't count on their breakfast, We topped up our room rates with daily breakfast on arrival.--200TWD per head per breakfast. Was told we could not just pay for breakfast for just one day to try out, must pay for breakfast for the entire duration of our stay which was 3 nights. They served us buffet breakfast with the SAME variety of food each morning. We had a choice of cold congee (isn't congee supposed to be served hot and steaming?), cold fried vegetables, cold sausages and scrambled eggs and some other things which did not look at all appetizing. The only thing I took was a glass of milk. The only bread they had was some kind of greasy mini sausage roll, and I didn't dare to take a bite. A waste of money and still empty-stomached. No shops or small restaurants in the vicinity. Got to walk quite a bit and they tend to open late. 2) Interior decor is nice, good beds, spacious enough, but bathtub on balcony is certainly not my cup of tea. Any guests who are not couples, beware, the wall between bathroom and bedroom is just a pane of glass, no curtains, no privacy. Just a see-through wall, Brng a tape and newspapers to put up a shield if you are sharing the room with your mum or primary school classmate. 3) walls are thin, so noise insulation is bad, I could hear when my friend next door turned off her bedside lamp and went to bed. 4) I had good wifi connection in my room. My friends in another room on the same floor could not connect. Not a bad choice, but beware of the above, .

  Jacuzzi,Jacuzzi,Jacuzzi!

  Everytime when we choose a hotel for vacation,their design should be out first priority. Having searched hotel for a week, we choice this one as our stay in Kenting area. 1 both their outlooks and Interior decor are our cup of tea, the room is big, smart design with a very nice jacuzzi on the secluded balcony, having a soak in Jacuzzi before sleeping would make you sleep well. 2. Although the hotel is not near the beach and some attractions in Kenting, we found it very easy to hire scooters to reach the place, In other words, living in Kenting is the most convenient if you can't drive. Actually, hengchun old town is still a nice for explore one or two day by foot. 3 there is a supermarket and convenient shop nearby. 4 their customer service was excellent, most of the staff could solve our problem during our stay. One of the staff name Luna in especially, she assisted us to solved our matter very fast and politely.

  fashion and clean hotel

  Nice costumer service and decoration, awesome bathroom but the breakfast and air conditioning need to be improved. Compare with other hotels in Heng Chun, it can be achived to be 5 stars. Enjoy to stay in hotel in this trip.
