  LO mejor es el hidromasaje

  Bien ubicado, cerca de la reserva Te Puia, con un hidromasaje con agua termal, tiene un baño moderno y cómodo, un dormitorio en planta alta y una cocina comedor donde se ubica una cama individual y un sofá que se hace cama. Me lo vendieron para cuatro personas, pero el sofá es incomodísimo. escribí previamente para consultar sobre esto, porque no había fotos y hubiera cambiado de alojamiento. Nadie respondió. La persona de recepción no es muy amable. Para una o dos noches no está mal de precio. Pero deberían agregar una verdadera cama si la cobran.

  Beautiful experience with an even nicer pool

  Recommendation from staff about attractions, a pool better than the Thermal Pool we visited, and a nice comfortable warm room. Quick and easy access to the pool, and its nice and refreshing both d/n.

  Highly recommended let down

  Id stayed here years ago and it was great. It came highly recommended so we paid the higher price looking forward to the pool which appears in pictures on the website. Got to the room and it looked fine, daughter went racing to check out the pool only to be told it was closed as it needed cleaning (it was green) remotes didnt work no sky or smart tv to cast to. My poor mother got trapped in the bathroom as the handles werent working properly and the beds were old. This was supposed to be the executive suite. All in all it was very disappointing especially for the price

  Tired, Run Down and Disapointing

  The rooms are incredibly dated, curtains only in some bedrooms, walls are paper thin and the lounge is very dark. The resort is very run down and dated too. Very disappointing considering the price paid.

  Great value for money

  A little dated in the interior decor but the two story unit we got for our family of four was otherwise excellent. Pretty spacious with a nice wee balcony and private courtyard it also had a private spa pool. If you have kids that cant not climb railings then ask for a single story unit as the top area might not be for you. The family pool was nice and warm with a lovely poolside area with bbq and seating. The playground could be expanded from a couple of swings to make it top notch for young families. Lovely service, they were all too happy to accommodate our needs and advise us on places to go or eat. Wifi was pretty stable and good parking. Will definitely stay here again.
