  Very nice overnight stay in Gocek

  We'd booked a one week yacht charter and were looking for a hotel near the Dalaman airport for an overnight stay at the end of the cruise. We wanted something close to the airport to catch an 08:25 flight, and most of the reviews for the Airport hotel in Dalaman were less than stellar. I picked this hotel due to it's ratings on Tripadvisor, and the fact that it was close to the airport. As luck would have it, our charter ended in Gocek (as opposed to the originally planned Kalkan) and we were a 5 minute walk to the hotel. we arrived a bit early (noon) and we greeted by our hostess and shown to the room right away. The Yonca resort is as pretty as the pictures, and the host & hostess are as accommodating and warm as other reviewers have written. The hotel is a 5 min walk to the main street in Gocek and we had a fun afternoon shopping and then dining along the boardwalk. The next morning our hostess called us a cab at 06:30, and we were at Dalaman airport within 20-25 minutes. If you're travelling to or through the Dalaman area I think Yonca resort is a great option for an overnight or longer stay.

  Marvellously ecclectic

  Fantastic little bolt hole for any weary traveller / shopper - this idyllic spa hotel is my absolute favourite - an excellent retreat from the hustle & bustle of a tourist day in Gocek and the Staff are the best I've ever met! I asked Ergun where would be the best place for me to purchase a Lemon Tree and later that day one appeared for me by the bar - no mean feat considering it was tall with a heavy root ball and he'd driven it back on his motor bike - what an absolute angel XXXX The care and attention lavished on the guests is 2nd to none - toiletries, slippers, etc Highly recommended by the Scottish Ladies from Akkaya Valley

  Little, marvellous butique hotel

  Very nice people, clean and with nice ambiance room, relaxing atmosphere, excellent breakfast. We stayed at Yonca Resort twice. We had gone before three years and we gone this year. We did pleased to see there unchanged.

  Just delightful

  This is one of the most charming hotels I have ever stayed in. It's not fancy, it doesn't have a gym, it doesn't do room service, but the atmosphere is tranquil, the service impeccable yet human, and the breakfast on the small terrace delicious.

  Comfortable, quiet and nice breakfast

  I stayed for one night after a fairly late arrival into Dalaman airport. The hotel was very easy to find, being located down a back street not far from one of the main routes through Gocek. Parking is in the street outside the hotel. It was quiet, both at night and when sat on the balcony. The room was reasonably big, the bed comfortable, and the bathroom very clean. The balcony was quite small, not really big enough for prolonged use, and overlooked the neighbouring hotel. The hotel also had a pool, but we didn't use it. The breakfast was very nice and fairly typical of this type of pensiyon in Turkey- breads, cheese, jams, omelette, olives and so forth. It was a lot of food and would be enough to keep a lot of people going all day! The breakfast was served on a very pleasant terrace next to the pool, decorated with a lot of plants. Overall, I thought this seemed like a pleasant place for a short stay- it's easy to find, friendly and comfortable. I have stayed in other places in Gocek with slightly better rooms, there are many similar pensiyon so do look around.
