  Muy correcto

  Estuve en este hotel en febrero de 2015. Es un hotel muy correcto. Las habitaciones no son muy espaciosas pero están limpias y calentitas. Algunas tienen vistas al puerto. El restaurante del hotel cuenta con un personal muy atento y la comida es buena. Es caro para los estándares españoles pero está bien de precio para los niveles daneses. Por ponerle un pero el buffet del desayuno no es especialmente variado.

  Not sure how they rate, but this cannot be a 4 star hotel

  Have stayed 2 nights with family Location is close to harbor and center of Køge, but also with a somewhat busy road on one side, and the train on the other side Even so temperature outside is more traditional Danish summer these days, the hotel is quite warm everywhere both room and restaurants, and they have limited to no aircon,at least nothing in the room, so here it the windows, which will let train or traffic noise in Rooms are dated, and especially beds are not really comfortable as are shower tiny, and also noise from other rooms makes it difficult to get a decent night sleep. Theres a minibar, but prices are ridiculous, so it would make much more sense to empty the fridge and let guests use it for own drinks (who pays 32 DKK for a beer in the room) Breakfast and dinners were nice actually dinners were nicer than what you expected from the overall impression, they are obviously not used to have guests who uses the bar, at least it seemed as a surprise when we did Service was fine as did you get a smile Would I stay there again, not really likely

  Perfect for us.

  The receptionist was friendly and the rooms clean. Unfortunately we couldn't try the restaurant for dinner as they were fully booked but the breakfast buffet was pretty nice. A nice touch was that we could watch the sunset from our room...

  Good location in very beautiful city

  We stayed one night there in our interrail trip and for us location of the hotel was excellent: near trainstation, reustaurants and city center. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty. For us Finns the sauna was a joke, for example there wasn't anything to throw water to the stove...

  Hopeless

  Had to stay here a week, under covid restrictions had to eat at hotel, they have no respect or understanding of modern dietary requirements, I'm a vegetarian, not a fussy one , I've had stomach surgery so can process it, just no meat, it's easy, NO MEAT. I battled in my mind with the frustration of how the hotel can get it wrong consistently. Almost every meal brought to room was wrong , reason almost always , "someone else took it" , had to give my room number to reception several times, they had a system in place that you collect breakfast and lunch, dinner is delivered but it's different every day. Some staff would deliver lunch , same excuses, someone took the vegetarian, how can someone take my meal if you're delivering it !!!! Her solution was to give me 2 meat sandwiches to make one vegetarian?????? I mean , wtf !!!! . So beware Vegans & vegetarians , self cater with Netto across the street, if you're an ethical vegan and don't accept animal products mixing or even touching your food you have no hope , my first breakfast it was suggested I "eat around" the bacon Just tucking into final breakfast , refrigerated sprouts , nuts and jam ???? With last night's vegetables . It's easy NO MEAT , egg, cheese , milk is fine , not a vegan , NO MEAT it's 2021 ......AND IT A HOTEL THAT DOESN'T UNDERSTAND NO MEAT !!!!!! To not leave on it all being bad, there were 2 helpful guys there , a young guy who I believe was the chef and a young lady , they understood what vegetarian meant and genuinely looked appalled and frustrated.
