  Short break

  We stayed for a few days. Upon arrive Anita was very welcoming. We had room 1 on the ground floor lovely large room overlooking the garden. There was a variety of options for breakfast even home made bread was lovely. You can walk into torquay. We had a great few days away and would highly recommend.

  Fantastic stay at Abbeyfields, highly recommend! The best B &B to stay in Torquay.

  This holiday was a 50th birthday celebration and my husband arranged champagne and flowers with the landlady Anita before we arrived which was a lovely surprise on my arrival. Every care and attention was taken to ensure a safe and pleasant stay. The breakfasts were excellent, could not fault the lovely service. Anita always made an effort to chat even though she was busy. Always cheerful and helpful to her guests. The housekeeping was faultless, lovely clean and tidy room. The shower was lovely and the bathroom modern and spacious. I would highly recommend Abbeyfields, we hope to return to Torquay and would not stay anywhere else.

  Fantastic stay

  Fabulous small hotel in Torquay. Hosted by Anita & David, spacious rooms with every little detail considered. Complimentary afternoon tea to commemorate Agatha Christie's birthday, who was born locally. Very welcoming, comfortable and highly recommended.

  Stayed here for four nights in September. Would highly recommend. Excellent choice of food at breakfast. Very friendly host. Will be visiting again without doubt. Short walk to seafront. Nice walk around harbour with plenty of restaurants.

  "lovely stay"

  2nd time here,lovely and clean(covid19)safe.Comfortable kingsize bed,white fluffy towels and were well looked after by Anita-well done you x Wonderful breakfast all you could possibly want. Close to all areas of intrest--beach,marina,town,restaurants and bars.
