  Home Feeling!!

  Pleasant staff...nice dinner spot with good food options and perfect spot in the "cleanest" city so far visited. Internet worked fine and warm water option was good. Recommend for quite homely environment. Long stay is ideally too with warmth of staff.

  Homely treatment

  It is a small homely hotel. The staff are suberb and ready to attend to the client at any time. I enjoyed the meals in the resturant with a beautiful surroundings. If I come back to Kigali I will definitely come back to Aberdeen Hotel

  Disappointed

  We ended up at this hotel after our Rwandair plane couldn't get off the runway and they chose to put us here. Guess I shouldn't complain too much but we had just spent 4 wonderful days at the Grand legacy Hotel in Kigali and this was no-where near the quality. We ended up here at 1:30 ish in the morning. I asked to have a quiet room, the front attendant said "Yes it's quiet" Got into the room and it was hot. Turned on the fan to cool things down. Toilet didn't flush properly and there was hardly any running water. We tried to make the best of it. Was 5:30 in the morning before we could fall asleep due to the noise of the cars and motorcycles flying by on the road outside. (I thought I asked for quiet?). Got up in the morning and turned on the water in the shower...just a sputter of it coming out and no hot. I called down to the front desk and the attendant came up. She pointed to a water heater on the wall, it was unplugged, and smiled at me and said, "that's why you don't have hot water, it's not plugged in!" I told her that we needed to have a shower and this wasn't going to work out for us so she opened another room. Quiet room by the way...with lots of water coming out and hot! There wasn't a hot water heater on the wall that needed to be plugged in either... So I'm not sure if the night attendant didn't like us or decided that we didn't deserve to be given something we asked for but to be honest, I personally wouldn't recommend staying here to anyone. Staff are friendly and try to be helpful but if you want a decent night's sleep and a comfortable room...go somewhere else!

  such a bad hotel in kigali

  I stayed 4 days and had terrible feelings about this hotel . I gave my clothes to the laundry and all of them were given as damaged because of the cleaning materials they used . And I asked to them what is gonna happen now then the manager just disappeared.The most important issue is the manager of the hotel he is really rude , impertinent and he made you uncomfortable too much . Mr.Cenk is offscourings of the hotel .And you know what ? suddenly they can tell you that you have to check out and by saying that somebody else just reserved your room .To sum up this hotel can not be last hotel you may choose in kigali .

  Comfortable and Safe Hotel

  Great wifi, hot water, safe hotel with kind staff and a delicious restaurant in Kigali for affordable prices. The rooms are very large with lots of storage and the staff gives a free water bottle daily (would have been nice to get more but every bit counts!) Will come again!
