  Beware

  You get what you pay for. Supposedly, this is a 2.5 star hotel. I would say it is a one. We received a call around 8 pm saying the hotel was closing. This is when I explained that we were driving from Boston having just flown in. They said the door would be unlocked and key inside. We were met with a smoky room with no window treatments, AC and one window has no screen. Yes, we had moths flying about. The next day we asked for a new room. The new room had the same smell. Likely because thee are chairs sitting outside the rooms for people to sit (and smoke). The room was not dirty and the staff tried to make us happy. The place was so run down. We were promised AAA discount, and it was not honored. It still cost us $600 for 6 awful nights.

  Good motel, cheap price

  We, 3 adults, needed a cheap room for a night in mid Maine. After reading the reviews I was pretty sure we wont be able to spend the night here. We were very surprised upon arrival to see that the motel is very clean, the room is spacious, 2 double beds, a fridge, microwave. The tv didnot work but that did not bother us. The bathroom was also clean. Dont get fooled by the previous reviews, it is ok for 1-2 nights. We paid about 80$ compared with the others motels (250$ and plus) It is is mid Maine, so you are not in Portland/old orchard area but minutes from lincolville and camdem.

  Absolutely nothing special; as average as average can be.

  We stayed here in July of 2019, en route to North Carolina. The location was convenient, located very close to many shops and restaurants. The staff was very helpful, and informed us that they served coffee and cinnamon rolls in the morning. The room was clean, but in serious need of an update. The furniture, bathroom, and room in general were quite dated; the curtains and bedding had holes in them, and much of the furniture was chipped and worn. We were only given one small, flat pillow each, and the bed was not overly comfortable. We were told the WIFI worked well, but that definitely wasn't what we experienced. The connection was very poor, and we could only connect from one small area of the room. Even then, we had to continually re-connect. The establishment is much more reasonably priced than other hotels/motels in the area, which is definitely a plus. Just don't expect any more than the bare minimum.

  Nasty

  Let me tell you that is one place we will never stay again it was so dirty the rooms they show on their website is not at all what you get the bathroom was so nasty that I had to wash the tub just to take a shower the towels we're disgusting I had to buy my own the room itself was just gross the TV didn't work properly the light didn't work the beds had old ass pillows it was just disgusting all around and the excuse we got was under new management well that is no excuse you should be shut down to remodel and for what they charge is way too much

  one of worst rooms I ever stayed in

  9/29/20 stayed one night, room smelled, rug tattered and dirty, one towel for two of us - asked and received second towel, thermostat on wall - not connected to anything, air conditioner in window, used pliers to turn on fan to clear smell, killed at least 8 flies, no cups or glasses, TV did not work, no heat - temperature for night was below 40 F, continental breakfast advertised - 7:30 am door locked and no answer, will never stay here again
