  El mejor hotel al que venir

  Hemos tenido una gran experiencia, al llegar 5 de la mañana tuvimos problemas ajenos al hotel el encargado vino de su casa para solventar el problema y nos dieron una habitacion. Aunque eramos los unicos españoles nos han echo sentir como uno mas hasta aprendieron cosas en nuestro idioma solo para saludarnos.al personal le doy un 10, habitacion y hotel muy bonito buena piscina y al lado de la playa.me quedo con lo mas positivo que es la amabilidad de los griegos (isleños) al menos. Si quieres conocer creta es muy aconsejado este hotel

  El mejor hotel de creta

  Sin duda el mejor al que venir a Creta. Personal muy amable y profesional tuvimos algunos problemas ajenos al hotel ysiempre estuvieron para ayudarnos incluso a la llegada 5 de la mañana el gerente se levanto de la cama para ayudarnos y darnos una habitacion. Puedes contratar excursiones y coche desde el mismo hotel. El coche dio problemas y nos lo cambiaron por uno mejor sin coste. La comida muy rica y el perdonal de 10. Sin fuda un lugar para volver. Gracias amnissos residence por hacernos disfrutar de las vacaciones.

  Excellent experience

  We stayed one week at this hotel, and our group was 17 people families with kids First of wall we fell very safe, due to all the sanitation measures taken by the management and employees of the hotel. They are sanitizing everything 24 hours. Chairs, tables, sun beds, floors, bar, restaurant, really everything. The food is great, and more than enough, we didnt came here to get extra pounds, we came to enjoy the Greek atmosphere and good food, which hotel provides. Is a family business and the owners are working hard together with the employees Rooms are nice, pool is big enough, friendly staff, is all that you need. And the price is correct. I highly recommend this hotel. Is 10 min away from Rethymno city which is great to visit. Come here and enjoy a nice and safe vacation.

  This place is great!!!

  We will recommend this place to everyone!!! Its great! We had very good service, and all the beer and drinks we wanted. The whole staff was very friendly, and especially George and Dimitra was lovely!

  A very, very successful vacation! Recommended! Family of 2 adults and 2 children between July 17 and July 24, 2020 The quality / price ratio is very good! First: Because I work in control in my country and I travel monthly to many cities to carry out the service, I consider that I can make appreciations about this hotel: 1. The owners of Amnissos Residence are professionals in tourism! Everything is done with professionalism so that every tourist feels wonderful in this hotel. Everything is a large garden with flowers, palm trees, olive trees and other tropical plants in which are the accommodation rooms with large and beautiful terraces. 2. All staff speak English and help you with details about any tourist attraction to make you feel very well on vacation. 3. I consider that the special pleasure of being in this vacation is due to COMMUNICATION. 4. Everything is disinfected and the sanitary rules are strictly observed by all employees according to the law !!! Accommodation and room: From arrival we were received with a smile and served with 4 bottles of cold plain water. Our voucher was for 2 double beds in the room. At the reception they considered that for our comfort to offer us another free room for free! After 10 minutes from the accommodation we were served in the room with lots of tasty ice cream. A very nice reception. The furniture in the rooms is new, the rooms are renovated, the linen and mattresses are new, air conditioning, LCD TV with many TV channels in over 10 languages. The bathrooms are beautifully renovated with lighted mirrors and makeup, hair dryer, fan, etc. Restaurant / meal: daily the food was diverse and very tasty. I saw that the other tourists were also delighted with the food served and filled many plates with delicious products. All the waiters gladly explain each product and help you make wonderful choices. Desserts have been a permanent attraction for everyone, especially my children. The food has a special taste because it is made with local Cretan products, without preservatives. Bar and pool: the pool water is very clean, the sunbeds are disinfected daily. The bar has many quality drinks, light fixtures, music and karaoke facilities. You are served with pleasure and you feel great there. 5. Conclusion: I met very hospitable and special people in their activity. I am very impressed with what tourism means in this hotel in Crete. 6. If you intend to do a tourism business in your country you should first come to this hotel to learn all about tourism and quality here. 7. The quality / price ratio is fantastic! Thank you all for this holiday, it was great, I met great people. I gladly recommend Amnissos Residence and I assure you that you will be very satisfied!
