    Limpio, nuevo y con buen servicio

    Nos alojamos dos noches durante la temporada baja, excelente relación calidad-precio. Buen servicio de recepción y limpieza, habitaciones nuevas bien equipadas con vistas al mar. El desayuno era pobre y mejorable. El restaurante del hotel es perfecto, ideal para cenar, muy tranquilo y excelente comida a buen precio. Hay que destacar que la ciudad de Sarandë es horrible, duelen los ojos al ver tal aberración de edificios superpuestos los unos a los otros y a medio hacer la mitad de ellos. Igualmente el hotel es un buen sitio donde descansar y empezar las rutas interesantes de los alrededores.

    Great place!

    We felt so comfortable here. Our home for one week and they treated us so well. Friendly and helpful staff and it was nice to laugh and talk with them. Hotel is well located, easy to walk to the harbour, shops etc. Room was very clean, thank you cleaning ladies! And food was also tasty and breakfast big.

    Do not spend 100 to come here until these changes are made.

    WE stayed in 12 accommodations across 21 days in Greece, North Macedonia, Kosovo and Albania and for the most part had an excellent time, however this was the anomaly and it is with regret we feel the need to post an open account of our experience. 1. The room smelt of sewage. We eventually got used to this but should not be something to just put up with. Normally I would complain with this but in height of summer I did not expect we could be moved as I heard someone else complain of the same thing and didn't seem he was being changed a room. 2. Some noise (room 101) for dancing/club noise outside during the later hours. 3. The shower had some mould (like you might in your home shower but a 4* hotel you should not expect to see this) in. 4. The reception were unhelpful regarding assistance or advice for getting the bus to Ksamil (dont know where bus stop is, don't know what time. We spoke with some staff and it seemed they were subcontracted for seasonal work - perhaps they are less associated with the hotel and therefore are not as fussed to deliver as perhaps a family-run or stronger-managed hotel to keep standards high. 5. Breakfast had some options, but the 1 meat option (ham/turkey) was not nice. Coffee was instant not cappuccino etc. 6. One receptionist was nice, but another was uninterested and dismissive in our questions when we needed help, most things come as misunderstanding or miscommunication but doesn't mean it is OK to be on the receiving end - also given it is the service sector, this has to be a priority. 7. Balcony was to the side of the building, i.e. heavily obstructed view. 8. Most of what we saw advertised were the modern rooms, we received one of the older rooms. Fine, but clearly misleading. 9. Over breakfast, there were many staff but there was not a feel of waiting or asking if things are OK. We are normal people who don't have many expectations but when you pay a lot for a 4* hotel, there are some reasonable expectations you hope could be offered. Overall, some things are clearly less important than others that has been listed, but to pay 100 a night to receive this is a joke and I don't expect we will receive any refund for this. The plusses are why we went here, the private beach, nice big rooms, balcony ('balcony') and central location. These were still great but we were really let down by the experience and would recommend some serious changes of the above to ensure guests are going to enjoy it more than we did as we cannot recommend someone to stay here, however I can see the potential for sure if these changes can be made.

    Great pizza

    Great lunch restaurant, tried some different pizzas and they were all really good, well made and great tasting. The size of the pizza is perfect. Great prices, friendly staff with good service. Worth a visit!

    Great view, great service

    We loved our stay here. Our room had the most wonderful seaview, I just couldnt stop looking. Other than that: clean rooms, very nice staff, good food and a nice beach. We wanted to visit the Blue Eye in the beginning of our trip but it was closed because of constructions. The receptionist personally came to tell us that the Blue Eye had been reopened - if she hadnt done that we would have missed it. We recommend this hotel very much!
